  1. Just you stick to bellowing at pensioners on Football Manager, son.
  2. They've spent £15m on new players this summer and it was about 37 degrees through in Stirling tonight, so a defeat was to be expected.
  3. The Supporters Direct Scotland cup up next for the Gorgie Goliath tonight.
  4. Complete with paedo bear hanging from the mirror.
  5. Word. I'll be wishing him to the East Fife scrapheap if the Goaliver moniker catches on, though. ^^^ Chrambo's marketing strategy.
  6. I'm going to stick my neck out and not make a prediction about Gary Oliver.
  7. Faceless cast of thousands > Scottish players.
  8. voila: http://www.hmfckickback.co.uk/index.php?/topic/148879-kenny-anderson/ eta: if you're specifically meaning the fee, it's mentioned a couple of times on the thread; it was only reported as a 'nominal' fee by the press.
  9. Scrap that: more like £50k. I quickly read through the Kickback thread on Anderson signing - Paulo had them beeling over Buaben.
  10. It was only a nominal fee for Anderson, ferry - about £25k I think it was.
  11. jet fuel can't melt steel beams, but Neil Alexander can.
  12. Yeah, I'd say Mannus is better than Alexander. Brill and Bain are about the same level, although Bain has a lot more potential. I wouldn't swap any of them for Alexander, though. His experience and constant communication with his defence are not easily replaceable; and Jack Hamilton benefits much more with him around than the other keepers mentioned.
  13. I don't think we need another keeper. We might need one next summer; I've a feeling that Hamilton will become number one, with Alexander becoming backup and a coach. Alexander is very welcome to the number one jersey if he so wishes - he's been great for us. I'm a wee bit disappointed, but not surprised that Carrick is leaving. Potential game time will be low with Juanma and Reilly being brought in. He'll become a decent Premiership striker, but needs game time (and luck staying away from injury).
  14. algorithms or alfresco, the man can do it all.
  15. 6-4-0 is the evolution of the 4-6-0. Osman Sow will still score 20+ from the bench.
  16. It is on the official Hibernian honours list tbf.
  17. You used to be a much better WUM. Shape up, or ship out.
  18. Careful not to post too much m80, Thundercats might be upset there isn't only Hertz fans in here.
  19. Yeah, I think Buaben and Pallardo are a better match than Gomis and the latter. I completely forgot about Anderson tbh; it gives away my general position on him as not seen enough yet (due to playing time, of course). He was overrated by some in his few appearances, although did look tidy enough. I'm expecting (okay, hoping) that El Hass starts making strides this season. He'll be competing for the spot just off the striker. He tries really hard (too hard, at times) to succeed; and while some of his attempted flicks haven't come off for him, it shows that he has a mind for linking up play around the opposition's area. All in all, I think he's got a rough ride from some (mostly drooling Kickback cretins). I think I've overlooked Augustyn's injury woes. I though he'd only done one ligament, not two. I've seen in a couple of places that we are in for another defender (exact position not specified), so I think that the thought process of the management team may be parallel to yours. I hope McGhee isn't first-choice backup to Paterson - we should be playing him in his best position. I haven't seen enough of the u20s to rule whether Liam Smith is ready to be backup to the first team.
