Having someone from BDO or SFA on the board would be a conflict of interest,(not mentioning of Rangers having plenty of members on the SFA board mind you). But the rest of Rangers directors do have pretty onerus responsibilties to the AIM I would imagine.

what assets in the Uk does whyte have? Maybes a 50,000 seater stadium in Glasgow? The judgment was handed down last friday, all this stuff about Green being a frontman has emerged since then. Remember, it wont be left to whyte to declare assets, officers of the court will be hunting them down.

Of all the company names in the world Green chooses a clone ( I know) of the vehicle that both Whyte and he had to buy Rangers and the one that's named in the D and P documents . At best it's suspicious ,wouldn't Whyte be better suing D and P for negligence ? Or maybe they have better lawyers than green. Just because Whyte may have previous as a "con man" in no way makes it legal ( both in criminal and civil law) to do him over. You have to put Green in the category of exceptionally bright or downright stupid, but you can't deny either way a complete git.
