i've noticed quite a bit of inconsistency about what "red dots" are referred to on here, especially when compared to the universal use of "greenies" for the alternative - reddies, red ones and so on (alright - i've noticed a little bit of inconsistency, then...)

i propose - given the tendency, and consequent link, to refer to ginner folk as redheads - that they should be called "lennies", as this would seem to evoke both the colour, and the general feeling of distaste, disagreeability, outrage and unpleasantness that prompts you to hand one out in the first place, similar to the feelings that the lovely neil is wont to provoke on a regular basis

I think you are correct it is an own goal given the general standard of posts coming from members of FF and RM, however, I think it's the most positive things I have seen coming from anyone connected with either of the old firm. If he is serious and yearns to drive bigotry from one side of the arse cheeks I'd be delighted, I think it's just showmanship though.
