  1. Just finished watching the Sinner, pretty good drama starring Jennifer Biel and Bill Pullman.

Seven seconds is another good watch.

Has anyone seen black lightning yet?if so what's it like?

  2. A good shortbread is very hard to beat...if the tins had swastikas  and ISIS flegs on them I'd be getting stocked up regardless.... unless it was that crumbly pish of course.i have some morales.

  3. Eyein the sky (Netflix)

Not bad but a few issues with it, maybe it's me but Alan Rickman and Helen Mirren seemed a bit uncomfortable doing it, the moral question of how much effort the powers that be will put in to save the life of a young girl who could be collateral damage in a drone operation to thwart a terror attack is the theme of the film, I'm in two minds as to wether this would be an accurate depiction considering the amount of innocent people who have been caught in a drone strike or is it how they'd like us to see it. Impossible desicion to make of course .

As for the movie itself , lots of familiar faces and certainly keeps your attention throughout. 7/10

The ex's mum worked for a charity. She was one of the most black-hearted c***s you'll ever meet.

It is true that working for a charity ( or even volunteering) doesn't necessarily make you a saint, at the end of the day it's a job and like any workplace you get a mixture of decent people and loathsome c***s .

They should look across the water. Wales is Brexit as f**k.

With my serious head on that is a very insecure identity you have if other people expressing theirs is that much of a threat (applies to all sides)

That tends to be Unionists for you, permanently feeling threatened, ,

Can't say I'm a huge supporter of an Irish language act,not opposed as such but in the grand scheme of things I'd rather the resource was put into studying other languages which would serve more purpose, Chinese, Russian or Japanese would be more useful than  one you can only use in your own country, and only bits of it at that.

Anyway. What's the DUPs issue with an Irish Act?

Do they worry they will be forced to take the dative case after prepositions?

Unionists have always been against promoting the Irish language because to them it would be Northern Ireland losing part of its Britishness. The majority of people learning it probably don't class themselves as British of course.

No more PDC walk on girls. They probably were a bit dated, I suppose.

Not sure what harm it was doing ,it just added to the fun atmosphere of it really, you still watch the darts for the game itself (or certainly should do), just don't see why everything in life has to be so serious all the time.

  8. I discovered last week that I work with a girl who works on the series as a stand in for Arya Stark....also there's another guy I work with who is one of the white walkers,I'll have to stop being such an antisocial c**t at work and talk to a few of them ,they might be quite interesting after all.

I don't think anybody said they were British, just happy with the present constitutional set up.

I think you could also have said that about No voters in the Scottish referendum ...probably the majority of people in wales too.
