Been running for ages on and off but nothing serious, started again last year to get the fitness up and my running normally goes mental for the first little while so I took a break from it and now started again in the last week done 6 miles in just over and hour 15 I think which is slow considering I used to run 8 miles in an hour easily. So went out on a shorter fat burner the other day trying to take it slow and ended up doing a 1k in 4.30 on my Nike app so bit pleased with that. I've found I'm running and burning myself out too quickly so I've purchased some supplements to give me a bit more boost to stop me getting fed up and walking part of the last mile! Anyone in the Kirkcaldy area go running around the parks or streets?????

Desperately looking at buying a new push iron as this running crap is so boring and you can't admire the sites as much especially along the costal routes and up over the hills, I had a specialized that I bought from Leslie bike shop and it got pinched by some fucking w****r in my army barracks chained up the lot so £600 down the drain and was waiting to insure it with my other home insurance. So I'm looking at bikes seen a few on eBay, gumtree etc and have my mind set on an orange sub 3 but if I do I'm buying a motorbike padlock and it's getting chained up all the time. I thought we done not to bad against Hamilton considering they have some big players like the tube who brought down graham for the penalty. I thought the ref tried to kill the game at various points on Tuesday night and was very inconsistent with decisions and looks like he needed more pre season games
