I'm excited about the premise of Beanie returning for nostalgia alone. I'd agree we need another striker in as we can't be relying on him but it's definitely a gamble worth taking as I doubt he'll be looking for a crazy wage.

I loved it. I can appreciate some of the criticism it's getting but to say the prequels were better is absolute pish (and I'm someone who enjoys the prequels more than most). Personally this was exactly what I was hoping for after TFA. I didn't want walking in but walking out I felt it was absolutely perfect. An iconic scene that will go down as one of my favourites of the entire Star Wars series. I love George Lucas for creating SW, but anyone that thinks he'd have done a better job than JJ and Rian Johnson have done so far at a sequel trilogy is stuck in the 80s.

Just watched the Cult finale there and very much enjoyed it. Think I'll need to re-watch some of the older series but this definitely ranks high for me. This season didn't even have Lange, Bates, O'hare or Rabe which is mental considering they're most of my favourites!

Kevin Devine just announced he will not be playing as part of Brand New or supporting them in Dublin. Surely the shows will be cancelled.

Manchester Orchestra were a different class tonight. First time seeing them after being a fan for several years and it was well worth the wait. The new songs sound even better in a live setting.

Very excited for this too. I'm a big fan of The Hydro but it depends on the act from my experience. Biffy Clyro sounded horrific and tinny when I saw them yet hours before Brand New's sound quality was top notch.

Last nights episode was phenomenal. If they can keep the momentum of the past 2 episodes going this could surpass Asylum for me.

This weeks episode of Cult really kicks it up a gear after a pretty slow first 3 episodes. Evan Peters is killing it as Kai so far.

I liked the Bob fight purely because it was more Bob. Can see the complaints about Freddy being superhero-y but I read a good theory about The Fireman communicating to each individual in a way that they'll fully understand. For Coop, its riddles and clues. For Andy, it was seeing everything on a screen. For Freddy, it was making him believe he was part of a superhero origins story. Love the sound of the Part 17&18 simultaneous theory. Even if there's nothing to it it'll be a cool time killer at some point. I just wish they'd announce a blu-ray box set soon so I can rewatch it in all its glory! After a bit of time I definitely think the ending was the best move Lynch and Frost could have went with. There is more to tell if they so wish but there is also a resolution. A tragic resolution but a resolution nonetheless.
