A saints fan on their forum posted up a blog about the SFA statement by Reagan http://saintinasia.wordpress.com/2012/06/01/dont-right-off-regan-yet/ Gives me a bit of optimism that the SFA might actually do something. I'm forever optimistic though

Pretty sure it is the members of the appeal panel it has been sent back to. Hope they hammer them with suspension for a year minimum.
