To be fair to Celtic, they are damned by the media more if they do say anything publicly and damned slightly less by the media by saying nothing. There are too many shit-stirring trouble-makers working within the media who would spin whatever Celtic say to try and cause trouble on the streets. The media's use of words such as "warchest" when printing stories related to Rangers owners and their finances to buy players during the past few years tells us all we need to know. If i were on the Celtic board of Directors i too would say nothing or very little to the Media about what has been going on with Rangers.

Financial Doping, Cheating, Bankers favoring them with unlimited overdrafts, their club's EBT Tax Avoidance - over 60 of their players on Dual Contracts, their club bumping around a dozen other football clubs for £millions in transfer fees, their club not paying £millions to over 300 creditors, their club not paying over £20 million in tax and National Insurance during the last 18 months, Rangers fans rioting and shaming themselves and the whole of Scotland in Manchester 2008 as well as here, there and everywhere both before and since then. Too many of them just don't have the mental capacity to understand and some just don't want to understand.

Everyone other than many fans of the now deceased Rangers Football Club want either the rules to be applied to the 'New Club' or the Zombie Rangers to be punished. What i would like to know tonight is: How many of the 130000 Rangers fans said to have visited Manchester for the UEFA Cup Final in Manchester in 2008 donated more than £1 to their clubs fighting fund prior to the death of Rangers Football Club? How much money did each of the so-called former Rangers Legends individually donate to the same fund prior to the death of their club? How much money did all former players and former managers individually donate to the same fund prior to the death of Rangers Football Club? How much money did all former club directors individually donate to the same fund prior to the death of Rangers Football Club? How much money in total did all of those people combined donate to their clubs fighting fund prior to the death of Rangers Football Club caused by the £134 million debts that they themselves were all responsible for.

I see. So the Insolvency laws do permit the name "Rangers" to be used? HMRC will force an auction sale of all assets (including Ibrox Stadium) so it will make little difference what name is used anyway. They will have to ground share with one of the Third Division clubs if they are permitted to play in the Third Division.

Your getting ahead of yourself No.8. The new club may struggle for a few years getting the shoite kicked out of them in Peterhead, Elgin, etc. Those Third Division laddies will be looking forward to both the challenge and getting one over all the fans of the "new club" who think it will be a walkover.

No ...I am a Scotland supporter not Rangers. I was just wondering why their 'old' club badges and crest are still being used by this 'new' company/club. I recall reading somewhere that it is against the law for companies/clubs that are liquidized to restart anew then use badges, crests, headers, etc that were formerly used by the 'old' company/club? ...doing so can incur serious penalties?

Hey there P&B people, any news on the new club crest yet ? Surely the the 'old' RFC club crest cannot be used by a 'new' club ??!
