  1. Assume the same Mather. If so hope he is not getting to drive the Newco team bus. http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/news/4753545.Car_plunges_20ft_off_A56_bridge/ Seriously there does not appear to be any real money behind the Newco. Just lots of interlinked companies/investors punting in a bit of cash. Nobody taking any big risk/investment. Looks more like mates/family/friends setting up a drinks kitty rather than anything else. Would be really surprised if SFA approve them.
  2. You are possibly correct on this first court date ,however as this was second time he was supposed to appear or send letter to court I assume judge has put condition on that he did not drive otherwise someone could keep asking for continuances to put off the inevitable driving ban. 90 mph in a 60 at an accident blackspot , think you can guess result when he does plea/appear. No one enjoys going to court to answer traffic violation charges. Not going to court when your case is scheduled can result in a warrant being issued for your arrest or the suspension of your driving privileges. Postponing a traffic case is not difficult as long as you follow the rules of the local court. Judges will usually grant a request for a postponement by a party to a traffic case if done correctly and if it is the person's first request. 3. Amateurish powerpoint presentation and no reasoned arguments?. Looks based on standard template with alterations and arguements that offend the fans intelligence. Just designed to force SFL teams to plans already agreed with Charles Green. We expect better , we need better. Neil Doncaster should resign now.
  4. stewart.regan@scottishfa.co.uk Not sure if this one correct as not getting acknowledgement but worth a try.
  5. The JP granted the continuation and the clerk announced that the case would call again on July 4. There was no instruction that Whyte should appear personally. The businessman, who has been banned from football for life, faces a driving ban if convicted. But as long as he gives an undertaking not to drive before the next court date, a solicitor can represent him or a letter plea can be accepted.
  6. Well done to the Pars. Right decision, if only Neil Doncaster had backbone like this.
  7. Notice the Rangers Charity still has an interesting trustee--- still Craig Whyte according to website. http://www.rangersch...id=27&Itemid=45

  9. Guess it is timed to put pressure on SPL Chairmen ahead of their meeting http://uk.eurosport....-095737702.html
  10. Think it is at early stages. If you search on facebook under SPL Protest you'll get be basic info. It was only put up recently
  11. Facebook page "SPL Protest" detailing a march to Hampden on 30th June to protest against Rangers being allowed back into SPL. Anybody got any more details?.
