A goal was the only thing that Kimpioka's performance had been missing. A top top display from him.

A keeper to rival Roos in the 'honking' stakes.
Because he dropped a cross? Otherwise a typically excellent performance from the best keeper in Scotland.

Is this Jaiyesimi's second game in his favoured position? Either way, this is the second time that Jaiyesimi has looked decent. Football can be quite a simple game sometimes.

Aberdeen are quite an anxious wee bunch, aren't they? I'm getting a 'dogs on Fireworks Night' kind of vibe from them.

Good line-up if it’s a 3/5 at the back. Let champagne football re-commence. Enjoy, Aberdeen supporters.

Shaun Rooney: “It seems like longer ago than three years. Time just goes by so fast doesn’t it?''.
He apparently has quite a contradictory/confusing concept of time, but ultimately the man is a cult hero and I'll allow it.

I’m not sure what has happened, but I refuse to believe that our 2024 incompetence is fully indicative of our squad’s lack of quality. I remember the away match against Hearts, not too long after Levein’s arrival, where we played some really nice stuff (albeit with the recurring issue of not being able to score a goal). There is certainly enough quality in this squad to put on a better, more entertaining display than what we’re currently witnessing. Any semblance of that early potential now seems like a distant memory.

Just two substitutes used in total. No strikers brought on. It doesn't feel like Levein was overly concerned about the situation, but at least Max got a run-out.

This might be a genuine contender for worst performance of the post-double years. It's very hard to pick.

If there was a reality TV series where they selected a random bunch of misfit applicants (with no prior knowledge or experience of football) to form a team with the intention of participating in a professional match within a few months, this is the kind of ominous performance they'd produce in the mid-season finale episode during a practice game.

This is utter drivel. What a gang.

Looks the usual defensive set-up, with three midfielders and two up front. Who is RWB though?

Very happy with the new recruits. Good to see two proper journalists on the club’s wage bill. Will they be a direct replacement for Eric Nicolson and Robert Thomson?

Accounts say £550k spent in the previous 2 seasons.
Ridiculous. We could have purchased a couple of Jordan Whites for that sort of money.

Following the speculation a couple of months ago, I'd be willing to bet a fair amount on the identity of this player. However, I'll wait for Callum Davidson and/or the bold Flax to provide a bit of further clarity.

Not surprised he's gone with Dunfermline over QP. I'd be very surprised if there were many Saints players wanting to play under Callum Davidson again.

The exact opposite to how I saw it.
Yeah, I’m surprised that anyone could be critical of Sidibeh’s performance. I’m happy to accept that St Johnstone were dire, but his performance was a definite highlight (especially considering that was his first 90 minutes in full-time football).

Surely the tackle at the end on Costelloe was a penalty? Definitely much more than the one that was given
No contact. That vile little cretin threw himself to the ground.

What is the point of Max Kucheriavyi? And let's be real, Connor Smith appears to be an Etsy version of Glenn Middleton. Terrible substitutions.

That's an absolute pisstake.

Sidibeh is a sensation. I don't know what some of these Dundee fans are seeing.

This strikeforce is the real deal. I'm very excited.

Sidibeh was struggling on the turf a bit, but quite an exciting wee cameo otherwise.

I presume he let the long kick come all the way into his box because he has 100% confidence in his shot-stopping abilities, as he should.
