I think the only players we have contracted past the end of the season are Meekings, Ngwatala, Ralph, Mendy, Miller, Davies, Hamilton, Craig Curran and Nelson. We also have a year option on Gowser, Kusunga and Madianga (although that's obviously not going to happen).

I thought he was shouting at the fans too - but then again he seemed to be shouting at a good few teammates as well. He may not have had the best start to the season but he was back on top form yesterday and was left exposed at times. I'd rather he was shouting than not giving a toss to be fair.

In the interests of fairness, you are correct that all creditors were paid. However, they got 2.5p in the pound (most of the creditors were Dee fans so accepted this). I should be able to let my "hate the Marrs" campaign go, but it's still there. This is news to me. As far as I know, HBOS couldn't believe the amount of credit we had been given then waited a few years and effectively dissolved most of the debt. My understanding is that Bennett (ex and prospective United director) will sell Dens and the Dees debt to Melville for £500K. Doesn't put us in a good light but compared to Livi we're clean as a whistle!

I agree with most of your post. As I see it Livi didn't cheat. Kyles and Flynn did. Then the SPL waited and waited until there was no time for an enquiry then granted SPL status to Livi (despite the actions of their cheating puppetmasters). Likewise, Livi will have a guaranteed season in the first because the fixtures are already out and it would be too much hassle to change things. Respect to the punters but if they go then so be it.

Spot on. I hated Livi for a while then realised it wasn't the punters fault, it was the despicable twosome of Flynn and Kyles. Looks like Massone (and I'm not sticking up for him in any way) has been sold a bill of goods from the slippery c***s... and now its him who's bullshitting.

The way it worked for us was the Marrs (ie Dundee's version of Massolini) walked away unscathed financially from the final "solution". The local electricians, plumbers, builders, radio stations etc etc were rewarded with 2.5p in the pound. Scary thing is that SFL clubs are so desperate these days we'll turn to anyone who talks a good game.
