I would be very surprised if it happens today although with it being the last day of the month its a way that Haudit & Daudit's could work for the best interests of the creditors in saving a months wages.
For me it more likely to happen on Manchester riot day (14th May), the day after the last game of the season or on the 31st of May.

Rangers own worst enemies are not the SNP, SFA, SPL or HMRC but their own fans.
Who would want to invest a penny in a team with supporters like the above in the home support.

It would be justice if the club ceased to exist on the day after the last game of the season. That date being the 14th of May, 4 years to the day after they rioted in Manchester.

Sandy Jardine
The Rangers supporters and club are doing their best to destroy their own club. Keep going, they have become more paranoid than the Green bigots.

http://leggoland2.blogspot.co.uk/
Leggo has officially gone mental.
He suggests should Peter Lawwell (it's always him) get his way Rangers will be crippled while remaining in the spl as whipping boys and as such this will make winning the champions league a very real possibility for Celtic given the rewards they will reap in rangers wounded state!
Having read that for a laugh I have to pick out the line where he picks the wrong clubs for financial problems.
"The Clydesdale Bank’s sponsorship of the SPL ends a year from now. Who would want to sponsor an SPL without Rangers?
St Mirren have already admitted that a Rangersless SPL would cost them £1M a year. So that’s £3M over three years. That would drive St Mirren out of business.
Motherwell, St Johnstone and Kilmarnock are three others who could be forced to the wall."
Kilmarnock yes I will give him that but St Mirren have no debt, Motherwell are heading that way and we have over a million in the bank.
When Rangers go out of business, pay the players less and the game goes on. Using his logic why did St Johnstone not go bust when we had 7 years in the first divisions?

What's happened to Radio Scotland tonight, they are actually not putting forward the Rangers agenda tonight.
The media against McCoist, who would ever have thought that.

I've been away for a few days but if I am picking things up correctly the selling price is only in the 15 million ball park?
Would it not be worth an old firm hater with cash buying the club for 20 million, selling the players who have value then knocking down Ibrox and giving Murray park to charity. I am sure you could make a profit on it. The only down side is I am sure some Rangers fans would hunt you down quicker than Lennon runs on to a pitch at full time.

On a Tuesday night.... I think this has been my favourite Scottish Cup run ever, even the games at Tynecastle were decent despite the results. It really is crazy to think we were one minute from going out the cup if it wasn't for Suso!
you missed out the word "diving"
http://www.heartsfc.co.uk/articles/20120420/tickets-on-sale-next-thursday_2241384_2741838Just 20,000 each so that means 12,500 corporate etc?
Also, does anyone know if the upper south stand is definitely going to be open or not? If not then words fail me.
Yes the South Upper is open. As a Debenture holder I received my e-mail offering me tickets on Monday morning. There are 5000 of us up there so you can add 2500ish on to each of the teams supports. The debenture holders have until the 27th of this month to apply then the tickets will be offered out to the clubs.
Before anyone asks I have already offered my tickets to a very good mate who is a Hibs fan and as a percentage of the seats are owned by companies and Old firm fans who will not apply I should be able to get a few more for him.

Would'nae mind a pint or two of whatever he's been drinking
if you read the whole article he contradicts himself all over the place
never mind Fulham were the global brand before Rangers.
From my time in Canada, they are certainly interested in the crowds and Celtic v Rangers thing but the "baggage" turns more people away than the rest brings.

If they go the "Govan United"route would they play in Blue or go for Orange as that shirt had such high sales?

Fully agree, I know because of the "big tax case" things are a bit different from "admin II" at Dundee but something strange is going on with this one.
The money the fighting fund has raised is about the same as the Dundee fans raised in 2 months. Rangers have a way bigger fan base who just seem to be sitting back and waiting for someone to come in and pay off the debts for them.

At last someone has questioned Duff and Phelps over the time they take to do anything.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17550253
For someone who did not seem that keen, he must see something in Rangers.

Martin Bain the chief bigot should never be allowed near a football team again. There is no way he is a fit and proper person.
I wonder how many million he was paid in EBT's during his time at Ibrox.

I've just been reading the text of SFA's "Have you been Bad? Have You?" letter to their 93 member clubs in today's paper and something has struck me... It requires "a declaration signed by your club secretary to the effect that your club has complied, without qualification, with the terms of this article at all times throughout the previous ten years", or else they must detail other payments.
Campbell Ogilvie was Secretary (and then equivalent of Secretary) at Rangers - but he says he didn't know about EBTs. In terms of their administration and possible rule breaching.
So if he'd been Secretary at Rangers now, he'd have replied in the negative...?
So what do the directors of a club who have only just taken post do.
lets call this imaginary club Sundee FC.
What if in the past that imaginary club had paid players in cash, or paid wages via directors some of which were not even from the city of Sundee but an oil rich city up the road.
What if that said club had had two periods of admin etc and no one is now involved who was involved with with either periods of admin
How do the present directors and Sundee fill in the form?
if they tell the truth their club which is already suffering for its former directors actions will suffer or do they just report on the period they have looked after the club.

And that Muppet Scudamore uses the Express to let any new coy Rangers know they are not going to be made welcome in the English set up.
The best line is "There's more in it for them than there is for us"

A member of weareperth who may work for Channel 4 and Radio Scotland has said on the forum that the TV crews are to be in Glasgow on Monday and Tuesday.
I hope this does not turn into a whitewash like everything else so far, bar the Rangers players showing McCoist up for being a shite manager.

So it's all Nacho Novo's fault then?
I actually wonder if that man ever paid any tax at all in Scotland
Rumored to have been paid in cash at Dundee and then by EBT's at Rangers.
And he wondered why he was hated.

Looks like Jim Spence pushed Chick Young into a corner tonight.
Last night Young stated words along the lines of that he did not think that Campbell Ogilvie had an EBT.
Then tonight he said that he knew Campbell Ogilvie had taken payments from an EBT and that it was not a lot.
Is it ok for a BBC employee to lie on air, then retract his statement 24 hours later?
They then had a discussion on why no one believes half the news that comes out in the press etc. Well Chick people like you are the reason this is
Retire before your sacked.

He who laughs last, laughs longest
Lets hope the comments are still open. This should be shown to all the SPL board members expected to rubber stamp this mobs application when they are liquidated.

Some fat Rangers fan on Sky sports news just now opened up with "the liquidators" rather than "administrators"
Does he know things we don't
Finished up waffling about Rangers being started by players in a park with 4 balls. Well fatty maybe that's where you will be watching your football next season.

Neal doncaster was on talksport today anf if a heard correctly ( was working at time ) it was fairly significant, gist was that the new tv deal has not been finalised but it is a 5 year deal dependant on celtic and rfc being in the spl....if i get that correctly that means that both are immune to relegation ( might be relevant in terms of a skint rfc newco with far from top class players ). is this part of the spl constitution or are we saying a tv dea;l can overrule the sply constituion...what would be implications if for instances rfc were bottom and st mirren were relegated instead?? complete farce. he was also very casual about how easy it would be for a newco rfc to enter the spl saying it was down to the board not individiual chairmen....which utterly stinks. Scottish football will never move forward whilst such corrupt arrangements are allowed to occur. looks more than ever like a liquidation and straight bak to spl for rfc 2012....
This is the bit that stinks. Everyone else has to earn their place in the SPL, fight to keep it and those two are immune to anything, no sanctions, no relegation and in general get anything they want.
I never thought I'd say it but we were all in a better position in the SFL.
lets hope Sky go to the wall soon and we can have a fair competition.
What can non old firm fans do to let the likes of Doncaster know this situation is not acceptable.

Rob McLean and Pat Fenlon on Sportscene... 'Sympathy for Rangers, we need Rangers for a viable league....' blah, blah. I know Fenlon has to say this sort of thing, Danny Lennon has said it too.
No matter what the pundits and managers say publicly - all we ask is fair play, transparency, no special treatment. It's their own shite they're lying in - everyone needs to remain objective.
Please will someone break ranks and say what the true supporters, those of us who follow our local teams actually think!
Just because its always been this way does not mean it has to stay this way for ever.
I'd take less TV money and a lower standard of football for a few years and then see a proper competitive league without any bigotry any day ahead of the embarrasment of a product we have just now where 10 teams are too scared to say or do anything that upsets the establishment that is the "infirm". The media are the same.

Nah, that goes to Vanguard Bears. who still support Craig Whyte, even had a wee meeting with him and Supporters Liaison Officer Jim Hannah a few months back, some real hard hitting questions as you can see
At least they did not go as far as Dundee and make the interviewer the CEO. Fat Harry went from a keyboard warrior to CEO at Dundee quicker than he could eat 5 pies following his Dundee mad interview with Calum "billionaire" Melville.

I went to boys brigade as a kid as many of my school friends joined. I kept earning my group minus points every monday night as i had no idea what the hell sunday school was.
open to all my arse!
maybe these days it's different but back then it certainly wasn't.
We have a Catholic family, several church of Scotland families and many non church members in our company. Like many things the BB has moved with the times but does still have a strong "Christian" background.
In Perth one of the company's is tied to the salvation army, with all the rest being attached to Church of Scotland churches.

All the non old firm supporters need to take a stand against Doncaster and get him a P45 as soon as possible.
This "Save Rangers at all costs" then change the rules approach is as disgusting as the majority of the old firm supporters.
A couple of months ago there was talk of a march on Hampden but a bunch of bigots did that on Saturday so we would need to come up with something different to show our disgust at the whole situation.
