Club or a police decision to ticket it? I assume we will be able to buy tickets on the day?

I am concerned about our injury list. Paton, Reilly and Murdoch all out already, Wedderburn and McCabe off injured yesterday. It will take a while to get Fordyce & Paton back playing and fully match fit. If we end up having to play Spence & Hutton in too many games we will struggle badly and end up in the bottom 3. If Reilly and Wedderburn are fit for Saturday. I will feel more confident about the result, but still have the option of a clagner from the goalie.

He never looks like he is going to save anything at all. More flappers than a 20's Jazz club. Got to hope Murdoch gets back very soon.

That's my concern, only time will tell. He could be a Rhys mcCabe or a Courier style signing for us. McCabe & Courrier spent their appearances last year thinking they were the dugs but actually did the square root of hee haw. McCabe at least looks like he might have eventually realised he needs to work a bit harder, hopefully Higginbotham will be the same.

Really cant see that being the case, It doesn't sound like something the club would do. Anybody that decides 6 and 10 months in advance of two home games that they need to be ticketed is a bit loopy if you ask me, so my guess would be that it would be a (stupid) police decision.

Yeah never understood folk getting upset about a team taking a player on trial. It kind of speaks for itself........ If the guy is mince then so what, if he is good you might end up with a decent player. Nothing to lose.

You can tell it's all gone quiet when all we are getting is pictures of the pitch in sunshine. No rush though, another few weeks to get the strikers in. I would expect to see mystery figures turn up at pre season training and the usual wild guesses as to who they actually are.

Given the petrol shortages, the air traffic control strikes, the train strikes and the floods over the last couple of weeks they may miss pre season training......

Killie could be in financial trouble if they come down so might end up doing a St Mirren (being way worse than expected after getting relegated). Can't see St Mirren being as bad next season so they will be challenging for play offs. All things being equal there will be two places up for grabs. No reason why we shouldn't be challenging for one of those spots.

DAFC will have to pay (maybe ) Albion Rovers for the tickets sold so the club will be out of pocket.

Agree, any change of venue is not going to happen (and neither it should). Once you take any additional rental costs etc into the equation they may well end up losing money.
