Objective was top 4. Miles off it. Who would trust Irons to rebuild this squad? -

Hopkirk has been terrible this season. I know he was unwell and I presume that has contributed but Muir and Docherty are our best pairing. -

Docherty has been excellent. He now needs to show that he can sustain those levels of performance, but certainly encouraging signs. -
Stenhousemuir v Queen’s Park

We have played reasonably well the last two games albeit against two pretty rotten sides. Biggest problem is a lack of goals, but I thought, last night in particular that there was a fair degree of confidence about the performance. Will be tough but if we can put in something similar to last night then we should make a game of it. -

I think the new camera angle is excellent. You can actually see the pattern of play. -

We looked good. Or, alternatively, Cowdenbeath looked bad. Either way, we won’t get relegated, but Cowdenbeath might. Some good performances tonight and some nice football. Still don’t score enough but at least we can start looking forward to next season and some sort of normality. -

Positive from Tuesday was Alan Docherty’s performance. I think he will partner Muir up front. Botti did well when he came on. Hopkirk didn’t. Tapping was injured on Tuesday so I suspect he will sit this out. Don’t go into any game at the moment with any confidence but 3 points should put any lingering relegation worries to bed. If we don’t, then it is a few more weeks of fear. -
Hadn’t joined the dots regarding who it was that we had beat this season. That is brutal.

Should have won that but the fact we didn’t is because we are not very good. Of the shots we had in the 2nd half, how many were actually on target? Docherty had a good game. Ryan Blair. Discuss.

Edinburgh City -vs- Stenhousemuir

Thought we were going to get an equaliser at the end. McGuigan missed a great chance with the header and 30 seconds later it is 3-1. Was a horrid tackle at the end that could have been a red itself. Watched it back and Little came in and barged a couple of players over. Galling it was only us that ended with 10. We may struggle to make top 4 now. Need to pull a couple of results out the bag. Tuesday would be good time to start -
He stood out as being particularly bad. Was this normal?

It doesn’t look like there will be any relegation out of the league. I am in the “void the season” camp. The whole season has been a waste of time. Start again when fans are allowed back in. Only issue I see with this is that the likes of Falkirk and Partick will be hell bent on finishing the season, but hey ho. Come back in August and let’s have a proper season.

Why bother?

Our maroon probably clashes with their red and purple would be my bet.
