I’ve always enjoyed a trip to Arbroath, like many on here but seriously reconsidering any future trips if that’s where we get punted. I remember there was no segregation at the start of the 21/22 season, has there been trouble between fans that the Polis/Club put a stop to it?

I’ve got one maybe 300 yards along the road from the house and I won’t step foot on it until both lanes are completely stopped. Worst one was a family of 4 on one side of the road and me and my old man on the other. One side had stopped and this lassie went hurtling through at what must’ve been close to 40mph. Totally oblivious to what was going on in front of her

Thought Ahsoka was really good tbf but it would definitely be made better by watching Rebels IMO, which is a bit shit for folk who don’t have the time/inclination to watch what is effectively a kids/teen tv show. As DA above says a lot went over their head. Was expecting a grand finale but was almost let down slightly with Thrawn getting away, was hoping Ezra or Ahsoka would at least come face to face with Thrawn. Still a very enjoyable finale and wonder if the night sisters will link into Palpy returning (somehow). Be interesting to see where they take Baylan Skoll too if they write the character out or go for a recast, the latter would be my preference I think Andor is still in top spot for me of the live action series they’ve done so far.

Might venture to half marathon next year but I’m carrying a few extra stone at the moment so I’d ideally like to be in a bit better shape before upping the distance. 70 miler you must be mad!

One of my mates went on a course with work and calculated his at 110bpm, he was 25 at the time and a fairly heavy smoker and drinker. Guy running the course asked him to have a seat and take it easy for a bit I’ve got a running watch that tracks HR and it can be hit and miss at times. Finger on the neck and count it out is the best way imo

Managed round in just under 51 minutes in Glasgow yesterday, was hoping to run with the 50 minute pacer but the pacer had decided to start very close to the front (in front of the 45 minute pacer strangely). Maybe started a bit slowly, first 5k was 26:17 and 2nd 5k was 24:28. Some lessons to be learned on pace there but happy with my time regardless! Quite liked running over the Kingston Bridge too

Good win, felt we looked very good going forward. First time I’ve seen a lot of the new guys and Longstaff and Anderson both looked good. Ujdur and Boyes looked good, if a bit shaky at times. Rest of the team were solid and hopefully we can build on this. The Arbroath first goal looked like a freak goal with Ridgers caught unaware. Samuels should not be used as a focal point again, he was hopeless trying to take the ball in against Little and O’Brien. Partially why we were under so much pressure towards the end. Don Robertson was very poor I felt, seemed to be just guessing at points. Finally, Arbroath have a fucking cheek charging £21 and papping us in that wee corner where you can barely see the left wing of the opposite end. 3 points and up the road though
