How do you put caveats in a deal if he is the sole owner. Look what the Bury owner did, set up new companies and just transferred anything worthwhile over. If he is in charge, he can do whatever he wants, and with a past history showing him not to be the white knight why would we suddenly think he has a new business outlook?

Gave my feelings on Tidser on the Montrose thread and that was after winning. Dixon is awful going forward, the most positive I've read about him is he can defend, I don't even think he is that good at that. The floated crosses into the keepers hands would be best kicked to the ball boy, that would waste less time and be more useful than the boy behind the goal yesterday. If only we had a left back on the team who was good at attacking and might have stayed if offered, called Robson or something like that. We are going through the motions so far, and that lies at the manager. I had already heard from someone from a past team that he was a soft touch and it shows for me. Its a big week for us with the MC bid due to be announced (hopefully IMO to gtf), and McKinnon better have a think if this is a team he can motivate or he can go with him.

Tidser reminds me of Paton (I know, I know) when the ball isn't right to his foot, he takes an age to move and seems stuck. Thankfully we do not get the whole PP show when he has the ball.

Unfortunately I pretty much echo what his view is here. Although there is not much we can prove, apart from scraps of info and a bad vibe around his history, I just don't buy his I'm just a football fan and I want to fix this. I would actually have preferred if he came clean, told us he did a few deals that upset some and gave his side of the story. In my view he has dodged his way round any question that has been asked of his past with a shrug, a bad divorce story and an almost please believe me while telling the masses what they want to hear. It's pretty easy to read a forum and find out we don't like the decisions on the academy, pitch etc with a few added touches of fill in a stadium side and you get a disillusioned support on your side. Of course I want rid of Lex and his crew, but not for this, its a risk too far for me.
