  1. Yer holidays? You've been at work less than 2x months ffs. Sorry, a much longer period of probation is required.
  2. What are you talking about? You are just at the wind-up, right? It became a private limited company in 18 canteen and remained so until after David Murray (DM) bought it over. DM decided to float it on stock exchange to raise capital and so it became a PLC. I believe he did apply to remove from stock exchange and it may well have reverted to private limited company (Ltd) status, of this I'm unsure but it makes no difference, private or public it was still an incorporated company and the one (singular) entity.
  3. You very bad. Rangers FC became Rangers FC Ltd - quite possibly in 1899 - by process of incorporation. By all means look up definition of the word 'incorporation'. The short answer is 'to become as one'. Therefor whatever befalls the one, so too befalls the other. Now if back in the day, a Ltd Company had bought Rangers FC, that would be entirely different, then Rangers FC would simply have become a transferable asset of The Company. This of course did not happen though and The Club in fact registered itself with Companies House, as a company. Boring old pish I know (and apologies to other readers) but if you will keep bringing it up, I will feel compelled to point out the facts, yet again.
  4. Rangers FC incorporated, that is registered itself as a company (not sure exact year but 18 something) and so become a Private Limited Company (Ltd) not a Public Limited Company (PLC). It did go on to become a PLC but this was during the DM years. The sequence of events went as so:- Rangers FC became Rangers FC Ltd which then became Rangers FC PLC - all the same entity - Rangers FC PLC went (into administration and subsequent liquidation) bust and a new company Sevco Scotland Ltd bought the assets from the administrators. The word become, which I've helpfully highlighted, is significant btw. HTH Ooops HTPAL
  5. I rather like it and would commend the good taste in using the Scottish lion on the crest rather than some tacky imperialistic 'Rule Britannia' type pish. In fact, had the new club had adopted this as their official kit, there would have been more respect and less ridicule afforded to it. Perhaps Tedi could give us some insight into the meaning of the 3x bars on the crest.
  6. No but a reasonable ability to separate reality from fiction and decent grasp of the facts can be useful.
  7. You appear to have misinterpreted my role here. Not here to help, just to point and laugh. Hope that clears up any misunderstanding. HTH Oops
  8. That sounds familiar. Oh aye and the guy who said it, got absolute pelters for it. I believe he moved to Edinburgh and intends to go see Hearts.
  9. You know, it appears to me, that we could be about to experience a season, where the horde will actually be bragging about how low their attendances are. No8 says -''We only got 10,210 for the Raith game and I'm hoping we'll have a couple of thousand less for the visit of Falkirk. Great stuff lads.'' Tedi says - ''Aye, would be a fantastic achievement to get below the 10K mark.''
  10. Types of match ticket, where the payment doesn't go to club and be used as the current regime see fit? Oh aye, how does that work?
  11. ''Support the team not the regime'' How is this achieved by not attending matches?
  12. Please tell me there isn't. You'll be telling me next, that they have a world-wide fan base. They're only 2x yrs old ffs.
  13. On a more serious note, apparently Boyd, Miller, Gunning and Messi have signed and the sun will be shining from tomorrow until the end of October.
  14. So things are looking good then..... cool Anyone can have shares in any company. Not being allowed to be in control is a different matter.
  15. If they go ahead and let McCoist sign the players he's talking about and talking to, then I would guess that the board have something up their sleeve, if no signings, then they know they're in trouble.
  16. Let me get this straight now, he is being called a cretin for choosing not to support The Rangers anymore, which by definition means he quite obviously will not ever be in among your support. Your glad you ''won't have a cretin like that in among the support''. Hmmm?So your happy you won't have someone who has chosen not to be among your support, in among your support. Ok. Surely that means he no longer qualifies to be a cretin? I note he is not exactly rubbing your noses in it. Maybe he just isn't enough of a cretin. Poor Dasodaha, abused by his own for being the wrong type of cretin.
  17. ^^^ Basically confirming the last sentence of my final paragraph. On this occasion though, I can't be assed re-arranging any of the words for you PS I couldn't find any, let alone ''a lot of'' nonsense in my post, like I said ''little grasp''.
  18. What, he declared additional income for tax purposes I'm no accountant but I know that can't be right.
  19. Of course, King has already stated that he will not buy anyone out. I think he put it like ''I will not put a penny into the pockets of these people, I will only invest in new shares, so the cash goes to the club''. Of course he is not widely known for his honesty, so who knows.
