It's was a football commission. Set up to investigate the wrong doings of a football club. A club did get punished but they are no longer with us now. Don't want to get into that argument because its been done to death.

If yous lose the appeal it means your club has used an illegal tax avoidance system to have more money than it would've had otherwise. Givingthe company that owns the club a financial advantage translates to an advantage on the park. If it does turn out to be a landslide in favour of Hector, nimmo smith will look like a tit and his judgement will be laughable

Indeed, the waters have never been murkier. The worst thing to come out of this sorry mess is this whole club/ company separation argument. Basically a club can run up as much debt as it wants as its not anything to do with the club. It's immune from liquidation. Also if my club has broken rules when it was under a different ownership than it is currently then it isn't to blame for its previous wrongdoings because it has different owners

UEFA take their cue on matters of a clubs history from the SFA. So because the SFA want yous to believe your the same club for obvious reason we are all supposed to as well. We ain't as thick as your average orc mate

One simple tasks u guys can do to put all this petty stuff to bed once and for all. Prove that a football club like say man u are separate from their business and by definition immune from death. Until that time your deid. Yous are allowed to use all of RFFs funds to prove this but I still reckon it will take yous about a 1000 years at least

Gettin punished for an error? I read it like they got off on a technicality on the more serious charge but the breaking of rules regarding payments was so extensive for so long they had to give u a fine for that

Your missing the point. Half of a clubs usual crowd not turning up is a disaster for any club including your own. The fans made it very clear they would not be back if they voted rangers into the 1st or the SPL for that matter. 1000 partick fans or 25000 rangers fan suddenly not turning up for a season would put them at serious risk. That's why the majority of clubs went with their fans. They had no choice.
