The current confusion about the political spectrum is a result of the (far right) media portraying the present day labour mob as being far left! The whole spectrum has moved way to the right and the old 'progressive' tories were largely silenced by The Liar's purge of the party when he assumed power in 2019. Because the media control the narrative it is difficult for any, even slightly, left wing party to make any real progress. Labour are playing along with this as it is the only realistic chance of getting in to power.

I've got issues with it too - and I don't disagree with all your points. I think we should never have moved out of Hampden in the first place but circumstances dictated that we had to move. I honestly think this is being fair to away fans too - having an away allocation of a hundred or so tickets is not ideal for anyone.

I wish we knew - maybe a power struggle between the Committee and the Executive.

So teams should not be allowed to use an alternative stadium? The redevelopment of Lesser has been a shambles from the start but that should not mean Queens are not allowed to play at an alternative stadium. Hampden makes sense. It was our home for over a hundred years, and it was necessary to sell it to fund our move to the professional ranks. Our move 'home' is the logical solution for away fans as well as home fans.

Is it true that, as part of the deal to move back to Hampden, Steve Clarke will manage Queens as well as the National Team?

The plan is to move back to Hampden for the season but it is not available until mid September - hence the use of 'unsuitable' Lesser on a temporary basis.

People have been saying for ages that Lesser is anything but 'fine'. Home fans, away fans, neutrals, etc have all been saying it's unsuitable. This solution helps away fans as well as Queens.

I would think that the SFA get a percentage of ticket sales to cover that eventuality.

Hampden is the registered home ground for Queen's Park next season but, because of other issues, will not be available for use until September - the stop gap is Lesser for the first few games until Hampden is ready. I'm sure the SFA are making a tidy sum out of this but it's better than touring the country to play every match away from home as we've been doing for the last few years. It's a reasonable solution - we're not the first club to use another ground for home matches and this is our fourth in as many seasons.

Great to be back on the Southside although the circumstances are not brilliant. It is, however, a step in the right direction. Happy days!
