  1. Never even heard of it. Never tried any herbal type remedies for anything.
  2. I have acid reflux, which means that 1st thing in the morning, and last thing at night my stomach is full of acid and i feel sick. Have had this since i was a bairn and didn’t do anything about it until i was in my 20s. It’s only one 10mg tablet in the morning, but it makes such a difference and i wouldn’t be without them now.
  3. It’s like when jim white comes out with some sort of controversial statement at the programme and then comes out with the line “i know we are going to get phone calls on this” of course you are jim, its a radio phone in show and you are a wind up merchant.
  4. I’m on the same and they put a note with my repeat telling me to contact doctor to discuss as well. But there was no point in me doing so, because i need the tablets. Would have been a waste of an appointment someone else can have.
  5. [emoji23][emoji23]. In a way, i’m glad i have two boys and not girls, purely for the hassle of trying to do their hair, the school run is stressful enough without that. I know fine well i would be shit at it.[emoji23]
  6. That is the point that worries me as well that there will come a time where i can’t say right, im taking your phone etc. His mum is the same, she can be up to all hours either working or mucking about on the computer, Whereas like my youngest, i like getting to bed at a decent time.
  7. I fear my 10 year old will be like this come the teenage years, hes never really settled at bedtime since he was a bairn, so god knows what he will be like when he hits that stage.
  8. They’re no that bad, they have their advantages. They can go and get you stuff, when you can’t be arsed going for. There is something great about seeing the amazement on their faces when they learn something for the 1st time as well. But i’ll no lie, they can be wee dicks at times[emoji23]
  9. You sometimes think they just like a rammy for the sake of it. It’s refreshing to read that it’s not just my house it happens in[emoji23]. On a more serious note, it does get annoying the stuff you have to play referee over, but i can imagine that having a kid with aspergers makes it more difficult as well. Especially day in, day out. I wish i could say something more supportive than that, but admittedly not knowing much about the subject, it’s hard to know what i can say.
  10. Out of curiosity, what age are your boys? I have two at 8 & 10 and they argue like cat and dog, but only if the older one is in a mood. Best of pals when they choose to be. Completely understand your pain and frustration. I have an older brother and there was nearly 4 years between us and i do not remember arguing like these two do. As you say, it’s usually over f**k all.
  11. Its the sort of thing you would expect from a keeper on fifa
  12. No quite bundesliga but german football league related and didn’t see the point in starting a new thread for it https://www.google.co.uk/amp/www.givemesport.com/1263440-duisburg-goalkeeper-takes-sip-from-his-drinks-bottle-concedes-a-goal-when-hes-not-looking%3famp
  13. At the corners we were bad defensively, but i would argue they had a good game otherwise. Euan murray was excellent.
  14. I am the same and for the same reasons near enough. I like rafa and am now only listening to the ones with him on it. Horncastle is good and the two of them seem to be quite clued up. But what gets me about the show is given they are talking about primarily the premier league, james richardson hasn’t seen half the games or highlights of any of them. I know hes a busy man, but rushden seems to put in the minimum amount of effort by at least watching the football he is going to be discussing. The totally football show is good, in depth and interesting. The factfiles on the clubs are alright if you like that sort of thing. The one thing i will say about ian mcintosh is for someone who plays a lot of football manager and works in football journalism the guy gets a lot of predictions wrong. Doesn’t make the guy unlikable, just find it funny.
  15. Happened twice, but I had only knocked mine off the sink into clean toilet water. The second time the bairn was only a month old, was bathing him in the wee baths you get, put him on the couch and as i did i knocked my phone into the bath.
  16. Had that a few times. Apparently it sucks all the moisture out the device you put in it. Its brilliant, and been a lifesaver
  17. I only knew who stormzy was because of him being pictured with jeremy corbon and the news going on and on about it. Was he no pictured with lukaku in america as well?
  18. I thought the only way out of that place was by tunnelling out.
  19. If its a job in the same place, i admire your optimism that it would hear about it on the day they said you would[emoji23]
  20. I’m sure he will have been “sitting there thinking” about that
  21. Is there an argument to say that say united went through and made it as far as the final. The playoff final dates are either side of the final, and if the players are 1/2 concentrating on the final then they could end up losing the playoff finals. United will be wanting to make it back to the spl because there will be slightly more cash from being there possibly? Was there not worries about their finances earlier on this season?
  22. Did they not change that rule a year or so after we built our stadium to make 6,000 instead of 10? A 6,000 stadium would have been ideal even now for the crowds we pull in. I like the idea of using the railway stands for community stuff, there is always plenty of groups being set up in the town especially for mothers/toddlers, definitely worth looking into. With the plastic pitch it will be hard to say how much revenue it will generate, as someone has already mentioned we have 3 high schools in kirkcaldy all with the same type of pitches in place already that we will have to compete with. I know east fife gets used for kids football training a few nights a week. If we could tap into that part of our community it would generate some form of income as well.
  23. Or finding a jazz mag in a bush. Kids will never know that pleasure now.
