  1. Got to disagree, it's not the North pole we'd be going too, save the premier league teams for the later rounds on the way to the final
  2. Don't see why SB, the romance of the cup and all that, Motherwell at home is a horrendous draw, shite crowd and we will get stuffed.
  3. I would like to be killed by the Scottish Cup being dropped on my head when Jason Thompson holds it aloft
  4. It's happening to frequently, big defeats and no lessons being learned, Murray was lucky not to be sacked at the end of last season, but this is embarrassing, I don't expect to win every game but at least make it competitive, not just the results above but the Pars game at east end, it's a shambles, we'll get the usual clichéd pish in his interviews, I'm sick of it, can't believe he started Laidlaw today after last week, if he stays I fear relegation.
  5. Spot on, lost a lot of goals because of defensive howlers, the fact that he's 5' 1" didn't help though
  6. People that are "devastated" by celebrity deaths, utter bollocks
  7. Mmm, 6 in and 6 out, so much for strength in depth, sometimes the board should just shut there mouths
  8. I hadn't forgot the semi final, but that really was an exception, McGlynns record in cup comprtitions was woeful, must have cost the club plenty in lost revenue, challenged for the first division league once under his tenure with shit football, I'm not sure what the answer is but we have to give GM the start of the season and see if he can improve, give him some targets, win the league and one of the League or Scottish cup, if he can't do that then sack him
  9. No thanks, shit football and papped out of the cups in the first round, now it's shit football with a wee cup run, heady days
  10. We aren't scoring goals and we sign a striker who can't score goals, the phrase couldn't hit a coos arse with a banjo springs to mind, works his socks off mind you and shouldn't have to go deep to win the ball, I reckon he'll come good and wouldn't be surprised if he scores two goals by the end of the season.
  11. Yes the 200 club is open for pre and post match libations Yes they are
  12. Roses are red Violets are blue Give us your money Even know the man who put us in this position is still running the club The last line doesn't quite scan
  13. Spoke to one of the coppers at the game, 99 police on duty, but Rovers only get charged for 12 No that are inside the ground, he also said we owe £17K to the police, I take it that a chunk of our earnings will be going towards that.
  14. If he is away my thanks to John McGlynn, he's been an ok manager whose worked hard within the club, I won't miss his style of football though , I would love to see Mickey at Starks as manager, hopefully whoever it is it will be a quick appointment.
  15. I keep hearing that the board are dipping there hands into there own pockets, is this true??, do they get the money back every season?, or does this go down as a loan to the club?, do they just write it off?, show us on the accounts, M.Caira, T.Hutton etc and what they donated, perhaps if the profits from the catering were given to the Rovers they would have less of a need to "put there own money into the club"
  16. Speaking of our esteemed board, I was told during the week that the pieman Mario Caria pays the Rovers £1000 a year for the catering at Stark's and pockets the profits, after all there bleating about being skint surely this can't be right?
  17. I always thought Herve Ebanda was the outstanding player in that dynamic duo
  18. Crap looking strip, the collars a feckin disaster, £40 saved methinks.
  19. Paul Martin is spot on in the Daily Record, the fact that this morally and financially bankrupt club are allowed to continue within the SFL is a disgrace, from there inception they have lived beyond there means and continually they are allowed to get away with it, what about all the people they owe money too?, small businesses that can ill afford being shat on , they should at least be demoted to the bottom league to try and start again by spending what they actually earn, they are a disgrace to Scottish Football Edited to add I've just been on the Livilions site and there is no remorse or basic understanding of what there club has done or it's perception by other fans and football clubs, the "fans" on the site seem like a bunch of arseholes.
