Martindale dreams of being the manager but has no qualifications, the required skills or experience. The only way he can do this is with a puppet in the managers role. No other proper manager will entertain this so don't be surprised to see Hopkins continue in the role.

In hindsight he had no chance. I'd imagine it's hard enough pleasing some boards but when the guy calling the shots thinks he can be the manager then there was only going to be one outcome. Especially with a puppet like Hopkins waiting in the wings.

Livi fans get used to these things, not much we can do. He used to play Junior i think, that's it. They are not earning there way back up at all. They are overspending and getting loans from their directors every month just to keep them alive. They have learned nothing.
