Spectacular end of week collapse from a potential league winning run,
Hibsed it in other words.

10/10. Some sublime guesswork in there.

£595? Bargain. These were the cheapest when I got to the front of the queue.

Do we even know what time Smackdown is on at? I can see a fair few people just dinghying their tickets if it's on at the same time as the Scotland game, which wouldn't be a great look .

Chortle. I'm sure a lot of people will be joining just to find out prices and see if they can split the tickets etc, but even if only 1/4 of people, you'd have to assume they'd be buying 4 tickets.
I'd have been a lot further up the queue if Ticketmaster hadn't decided now would be the time to run some extra security checks on my account.

It's a readable biography examining centuries of myths, half-truths and lies.
Half way through and it's staggering how much we don't know about him, more staggering is the bullshit that people make up about him 'under research'.
I started reading it yesterday. The same day he was born, St Georges day. Well actually we don't know that, we do know he was christened on 26th April, so why not make his birthday the same as St George's Day, excellent.
Unfortunately in 1564 England had the Julian calendar, meaning he was born on the 3rd May
Funnily enough, I'm reading a book about the Julian Calendar (and the history of timekeeping in general). It's quite good, although getting a wee bit bogged down in the mechanics of a water clock for my liking.

Ha! 13373 ahead of me in the queue. Hydro capacity? 12-14000. Lol.

Does anyone know if this is the only sale there'll be? I know you have to buy both tickets as one, so I'm quite willing to dinghy Smackdown if it's on at the same time, unless they were to put it on earlier. Does anyone know if that's likely?

The scathing rebuke of my teachers rings in my ears some 30 years later.
Read the fucking question.

Not even a farcical mis-spelling of "Libya" could prevent me from banging in a 10/10. Lovely stuff.

Bloody Hanukkah. Made up religion. Not like good old Roman Catholicism. That's kosher.

Nobody was debating anyone’s gender or sexuality. I correctly pointed out that would and should not be tolerated, so why should the other stuff be allowed especially naming actual individuals. Should you not take a dim view on that ?
I'd say bringing up gender / sexuality in the first place, then posting a picture of someone eating popcorn, is the very epitome of starting of debate.
Anyway, back to the football.

Shame they couldn't have brought back Moxley / Ambrose for a brief appearance. Obviously he's at a rival promotion, but a wee bit of quid prod quo and having a similarly statured WWE person appear on an AEW show would be great business for both companies, and reinforce the fact that the old perv really is no longer in charge.

I 100% agree this is a football forum. That is why I am here.
But if I may suggest that you want to remove political posts, perhaps (just a thought) you should remove the post/s a couple of pages back that started all this sh1t ?I don't think there's anything wrong with mentioning a board member's particular leanings in the context of a thread about that particular club. It's only when people start debating other political issues (such as gender and sexuality) that the thread is in danger of getting diverted. We don't want to delete stuff more than necessary.

Football and politics just don't mix and only causes division so probably better giving it a wide berth tbh.
well said, which is why I've removed a few posts. If you want to debate politics, sexuality, and gender identity, there are better places to do it.

Personally, I can't stand Cody Rhodes. His dyed hair, that fucking tattoo, his voice. I was pleased that he won cos it was quite the spectacle and a change was needed, but hopefully he's just a temporary titleholder until they can put the title on someone else. Maybe Gunther
