Helicopter crashes into Clutha pub, Glasgow
SheepAreRed replied to The Master's topic in The General Nonsense Forum
The acts of those in the City have received huge amounts of praise and rightly so. Some residents here though continue to let us down. Just went past Debenhams and a guy been arrested for standing with a shoebox and "Clutha" written on the side of it. A supposed collection for the victims...... -

what does it matter what the injuries are, how serious the caualties are etc etc The tragedy as a whole is enough, the way the events are reported sometimes is ridiculous. As for people making light hearted comments, another poster is right, it's a local impact for us. It effects us all differently. just a little thing like my boy getting upset because it's the helicopter we see taking off every night and flying over Great Western Road above our house has made me feel a bit differently today. Thoughts to all... -
Not only did Bazza forget that Sevco are actually playing someone today and his beloved Orcs might not get a chance to play in the game that saves Scottish Football I see this lot are at it again. Poor Sally wants more players and has warned fans of an injury crisis which may hamper their bid for the cup. Do they have to show their arrogance every single f'ing day. Is that what being "ra peeepul" is all about ? Must be. Come on Falkirk. PLEASE.

Aye Radio Scotland still just carrying on as normal. Fivelive been reporting on it for over an hour. I see this helicopter every night from where I am in Kelvindale. My wee boy watches it. Only 2 or 3of them in operation, from near the SECC. Read on another forum that there are 2 deaths but have not seen or heard that anywhere else. Hope not true. -

??????? Lets hope noone you know was in there mate. -
Sorry mate but Foster is utter ****. End of. You cant comment on Smith then as he never gets a game. McLeod, OK I'll give you that one. looks ok in a lower teir though. Hutton, Champions League ? How long ago was that???? The rest of them (especially Faure) were part of a side that failed in numerous cup competitions and were poor at times in the lowest league in scottish football. As for AFC, sorry, but we aint anywhere near administration. dream on.

Anyone else reckon its time unfortunately to close this thread (ahh the memories) ?. This is turning into a ******ing joke. I am sick to death of the continual point scoring and tit for tat "former" Old Firm sh*t. Why we need to be subjected to "What about Celtic..." and "what's Sectarian/not Sectarian" on this thread is beyond me. Its just reached a point where it's wasting everyones time going through 5-10 pages for any update on the situation, but we have to read complete drivel which has less intelligence than a conversation in a Primary School playground. As everyone keeps telling you Bendy etc "OLD FIRM FORUM FOR THIS P*SH". Now **** off unless you have any views or news on this specific thread.

The media seem to be focussing on the market experience and background of the latest newcomers. I wonder if this is a short time solution to some bigger news to come Where is the fat man, This is the first time he's not been out talking about the new addition being "the right man" etc etc et blody cetra ive got the popcorn filling every single space in the house. I reckon this is it !!!!

Apologies if mentioned already but have noticed on the AIM website that someone has sold 3M shares today. Just about to check Bloomberg here at work for any more info....found this in the meantime " "The Scottish Football Monitor" (http://www.tsfm.org.uk) "According to the recent regulatory news update for AIM last week, the only parties who owned enough shares to be able to sell the 3.328,672 which were sold today are : - Artemis - Hargreave Hale - Laxey - Blue Pitch" So it's one of them. I would have thought Blue Pitch a buyer not a seller so which of the other 3 have sold up?

Which is just a wind up obviously and a response to the song. Certainly not in any way Sectarian. Why can't the Orcs just accept it sing a song like "We're **** and we know we are" etc etc and it takes away any imsult or effect of the song. Just like we call ourselves "Sheep Sh*gging Bassas" and take inflatable sheep (or as we call them "girlfriends") to the game. Like it or not, it seems your Club has a superiority complex which exists only to wind the rest of us up. The songs dont do it, its the rest of the **** we put up with: Its the flags at the match, the playing of Rule Britannia, GSTQ, and other songs which fans can input their own words to, the damn vomit inducing sudden "love-in" with our so-called "brave troops", the sh*t I have to put up with in this City during marching season, the lack of IQ of the majority of your support, the physical and verbal abuse I get for wearing an AFC scarf (last time was walking down Gt Western Road after the Partick game with my 4 year old) the continued all round arrogance of the club and all it stands for post liquidation, the "we cant afford to pay our creditors" but we can "buy a 500K team bus" and stay at 5* hotels before games in the 3rd and 4th tiers keeping Charity money and that's just for starters (I need to get back to work !)

Made all the more poignant that Ulrich Muhe died of cancer a few months after winning an Oscar. Only 54 too. Fantastic film and in my Top 5 of all time too. World Cinema is so under rated in comparison to big budget, blockbuster **** For another film on the old GDR I would recommend Goodbye Lenin.

Seriously, why do we need to keep going back to discussing another team when the thread is the BRALT I still do not understand what the Celtic/Ajax game has to do with this thread. There's already a forum for you point scoring. Can we not just keep this to the upcoming death of Scotland's newest club ?.
