Quite a few of the players are on amateur contracts and the money you are talking about isn't enough to pay 1 household bill never mind them all and the hours you put in don't reflect the wages you get so therefore you do it out your own free time. Seniors get paid decent amounts of money and majority play full time football as a job. Junior players do it out their own free time. Is that the same thing still? Glencairn are in the championship not the first division Gartcairn are in first division and most there guys could get in our team been watching them half a dozen times this year Will do well keeping them all together if they do they will come up how they find they kind of players is mental as there growing unless they pay them and lots don't at that level Would say at least 6 off them are guys who could easily nail down a place for a team in our league not gonna name names though but obviously people will know the ones I am on about some played senior

I think he has eyes on the managers job there one day.Aye no doubt still a good player and if his crossing was better would played at much higher level than up here but as he got older is no doubt better in finding the right pass
