  1. 48. Me and two pals are going and we were not going to bother but my next door neighbour who was in the original count has withdrawn due to a minor disaster with his new hoover
  2. You can take the boy out of Bainsford but you can't take Bainsford out of the boy. Get thum telt Andy boy!
  3. Tiger McLaughlin is one of my all time greats. Saw him beat three players in his own box and then clearing the ball up the park when playing left back! He was the first real wing back I can remember
  4. Any news of TenPole Tudor signing. I thought he was brilliant on the Crystal Maze!
  5. Is there any news from fans forum? We bed a goal scorer quick
  6. A wee win for the Bairns would be unexpected but welcome. Perhaps a few will want to show that Connor was not the only star in the team and perhaps be motivated to try to get the wages he has gained. A time to step up lads! But probably a humping !
  7. Come on get the rumour mill going. Who is in the market who is willing to work for peanuts and prepared to be roundly abused by the baying hounds of Westfield if he is not as good as McGrandles?
  8. Herald say Villa are also interested so the price may get interesting! Still would rather have him develop more with us
  9. Well that's the season fecked for me! If McGrandles goes for no matter what fee this late in transfer window what hope for a replacement? He is the only true young asset playing presently and he will be difficult to replace. Tonight's performance shows just what he is worth to the team. Is there a new model waiting in the wings? Probably not one with proven potential. Oh well back to the drawing board I suppose. After all we are merely a nursery for young players and not a team who wants to go places. If it's a million then I suppose some of our soft loan directors will be throwing a party!
  10. The two Rory's being supplied by Sheppard could be a a potent force. If Boulding can resurrect his Livi purple patch
  11. Yes but who? Rumours of Graham or Gardyne but nothing substantial
  12. Hope we manage to land an experienced striker in the next week. We have done ok in the last two cup games - even without Loy today- but the big games start now. Any rumours on potential targets. Houstie covered Europe for Celtic so surely he can unearth someone ,,?
  13. I remember thinking what has gotten into Elvis playing a young raw laddie who looks out of his depth! How wrong I was. Well done Elvis for spotting the great potential early
  14. This is beginning to get boring. The real games start quite soon and we have nothing up front with any kind of experience apart from Loy. Surely that's not our squad for the season?
  15. A friendly is merely a more formal kick about and nothing can be taken from it. It lets us see what works and what does not. The score is irrelevant but how players perform in new roles is the key. From what I read we must have a better attacking force. Loy plays better with support so an experienced front man is a must. Hope Houstie has one on his radar
  16. Your times running out Houstie! Next friendly is crucial for our season. After today's capitulation to Woking you need to get us back on a winning streak or our seasons over. Your public demand results and we cannot go through bad spells like this without some drastic action. It is your job to sort it Peter before it is too late. We will be relegated by Christmas if we continue in the same vain. You were given a huge budget for players and you have spent the money that could have gone a long way to doing what is our true aim ie paying off soft loans! PUT THINGS RIGHT NOW. Well that's it started for the season!
  17. Hehe! Must have been a subconscious desire on my part
  18. Do we specialise in drink drinking goalies?
  19. Just needs a bit of confidence I think. Looked quite nervy when on as sub. He is very young so only to be expected. Will get a bit of confidence from today's game. His first in a league or cup game will be good for him.
  20. That's it. Botti and Loy. Close the chequebook!
  21. Tim Krul the hero. He learnt his trade at Falkirk so we are to be thanked
