Glad that Whitlock now looks to have this in the bag. Playing some great darts, just relentless punishment and Hamilton cant do anything about it. Who do you think he would prefer to meet in the final (should he get there)? Edit: Why does Sky always go through spells of not showing averages. Would love to see the set on set averages.

Hamilton is starting to look seriously shaky! Whiltlock just needs to keep up the pressure and take this set.

What do I know! Whitlock looked really good in that set. If he can just hold his throw next set there will be loads of pressure on Hamilton. Will see how he handles it!

Not enjoying watching this one. There is really something really dislikeable about Andy Hamilton. He just looks like total scum! Sure he is nice enough in person no doubt! Not looking good for Whitlock at all. Really needs Hamilton to have a dip in form.

While I agree he is talented and makes it look easy the SECC match wasnt exactly a good performance! Did he not average 85 or something?

There seems to be a lot of moaning about the Sky commentary/pundit team on this forum. Does anyone think that John Part might be the answer? I used to really like him when he did the lakeside. He hasnt done it for a few years now.

Anderson made it hard for himself there! That 5th set was a shocker and realistically he should really be winning that match 4-0. At least he stuck in and won a few crucial legs when it mattered. Take it everyone is watching the Old Firm match!

Bugger! Lewis just had that little bit of class to see him through. Hit the doubles and the 180s got him out of bother at points. Good to see Robert Thornton getting some form back though.

What a match! Soo exciting. Cant believe Anderson got a chance after the penultimate leg. Anderson's scoring was pretty decent. What did he average, pretty high 90s with that many missed doubles! Glad he is still in the tournament. Lewis and Anderson should be out which would have left a cake walk for Taylor.

Turned on at 2-2 in the third leg and the minute Lewis won the set I really couldnt see any other winner. Saying that Heydon really had his chances. Its always really painful watching the pressure getting to someone on the verge of a big upset, no matter what sport it is.

Anderson you useless bottle merchant .... That game was there for the taking. Thought he would have kicked on after the Premier League win but that was the old Anderson we know. Nicholson deserves credit for sticking in there though.

I dont know the standard of that semi was pretty poor. Phillips cant even count and missed loads of big numbers and important doubles. Before Barney left for the PDC, take out Taylor and the BDO was probably a better standard. Now far too many players have moved to the PDC and there are hardly any decent players left! Incidentally I knew I had heard of Dean Winstanley and it has just clicked that I scored his 2nd round game in the Scottish Open last year.

American Pie 7/10. Doesnt really stand up to multiple viewings.

Also watched Silent Hill, 6/10 very uncomfortable watching. Now watching American Pie, quite funny that Tara Reid plays a prude. That will be why they call it acting.

Really dont get what people think is good about this film, it seems to have some kind of cult status. Would give it a 3/10 for the Anchor Man fight. Supertroppers, now there is a 10/10. Dissapointed in this one, thought the pacing of the movie was all wrong. Watched Walk the Line last night, thought it was really good and Reese Witherspoon performance was well deserving of her Oscar. 8/10.

Killing Pablo, Outstanding book with a true story that could only happen in Columbia. Believe it is the same guy that wrote Black Hawk Down.

Watched two last night: The Faculty 8.5/10, great teen horror film with a good cast. Heartbreakers 4/10, pretty poor but Jennifer Love Hewitt is absolutely gorgeous in it. Should also have watched LA Confidential but didnt realise it was on till too late.

Green Street - 7/10, much better than football factory. Aeonflux - 4/10, would have been 1/10 if not for Charlize Theron looking really hot.
