I would definitely take Miller. I think he would do a good job at this level

How long can this guy get away with taking this club down to a lower level?
You don't half talk some pish!! We started off slow last year granted, with the loss of Mcgrandles early on it was always going to be more difficult to recover. We also lost our top goalscorer / one of our best players through injury for a good part of the 2nd half of the season. We had an undefeated run of 9 games which included a trip to Easter Road and Tyncastle. We finished 1 position behind the play-off places to a good Queen of the south side, with the next top 3 spots in the league going to Sevco, Hibs and Hearts. Then if you can remember we reached the Scottish Cup final narrowly missing out on winning it and also gaining a place in Europe.
For you to say that Houston has taken this club to a lower level with all of the above in one season compared to the tenure's of May, Pressley and Holt then you need to keep aff the glue!!
Houston will be judged this season more than last and quite rightly so, there can be no excuse of teething problems etc. But lets let the season start ffs before you start going through a full pack of fanny pads a day!!

For a start we still haven't replaced Loy with anywhere near the same standard of player in my opinion. McHugh Would've been a decent backup for him and Baird last season but nothing more.
Did you say the same when we signed Loy to replace Taylor ?

This is the reason I don't go on OneF anymore, fucking doomsday patter all the time. Get a grip FFS, pre season has just, JUST, started. put your tampons back in and stop moaning at this early a stage.

Tis easier to remember an email address than a phone number my friend.
Strange method pulling birds and giving them your works e-mail address rather than your phone number. surely they could just type the number in their phone ? or am I completely missing something here ?

What is the script with info in our club? Supporters seem to be the last to know or on a need to know basis. I have never seen the likes before. You would have thought a football team would like to keep their customers up to speed. Wish they'd stop pissing about in the website advertising this n that and tell the people who incidentally fund the club what the hell is happening. Usual Falkirk Football Club...treating supporters like shit!
When are they gonna wake up and realise our supporters deserve much better. Still not bought my ST and refuse to part with my cash until I see what new players purchased for next season, I will not be conned again!
calm down ya radge!! what a completely toys out the pram post.

Rumours I've heard
Paul McMullan (on loan)
Liam Craig
Bob McHugh
Ian Black
Mamadou Gueye
Lee Miller
Im sure Ian Black signing would deter fans from buying season tickets and even cause people to return them!!

You are spot on. We should never have closed that Monday. They should have been hitting the ground running.
What a load of pish!! Had we won the cup im pretty sure everyone would have been gassed that sunday, the last thing on peoples minds would be moaning that they cant go and buy a keyring or a fridge magnet the very next day.

St Mirren don't bottle cup finals.
haha brilliant!!
On the subject of Botti I wouldn't be surprised if either Swansea or Norwich are in for him

Was scorchio in 1997 and 2009.
I'm therefore hoping for a windy, sleety mudfest where our brave lads outfight the Northern heathens.
I was at the Victoria inn in carronshore before the game in '97 had a gazebo out the back and at 'The Shore' in '09 in the beer garden. Both cracking days but would take wet and windy with a victory over those times every day of the week!!

They will probably want to get back up the road if they win it to see the open top tractor parade

Anyone heading to the clockwork beer pub before the game ? iv no idea where ma bus will be parking but the past few times the folk I was with have headed there to sit in the beer garden beforehand and its just a short walk to the ground. was always no bad to be honest

If Falkirk lose this they won't get a better chance in any of their fans' lifetimes to win it. On our current average of one final a year though, we'll have won it by 2020 regardless. We have Europe to look forward to if we lose, whereas Falkirk will have to content themselves with Greenock.
Also, Russell Latapy hates the Falkirk.
This is a great chance of course it is, not disputing that. But to say that we won't get a better chance in our lifetime is just pish. Im 28 and this is my 3rd final. sook ma plooms!!

Wait to receive a phone call from one of these annoying marketing survey companies, for once say you aren't just about to leave for work or that you are too busy and you do have 2 minutes to answer their questions. Say yes to all of their questions and that you are happy for them to share your details with partnering companies. Hang up the phone, set up a premium rate phone number and divert all calls incoming to your phone to this premium rate service and sit back and enjoy those 5:30pm phone calls as the money comes in.

It's the easiest jobs that seem to expect to get tipped as well: taking plates to a table, sitting on your arse driving a taxi, taking takeaway food to someone's door, cleaning bins/windows. Tipped because they are in a menial job with shit wages? That's not my problem m8.
Why do people not tip workers in "restaurants" such as McDonalds and the like when they too are on shite wages and a menial job ? I have no opinion on the issue at all really but just a thought, and no I don't work in one of these places before anyone starts!!

I assume you mean the replay in 97?
That's the way I seen it

We have, of course, played 6 semi-final matches.
Indeed we have

An impressive record. But how did you manage 3 FA cup finals but only 2 semi-finals?
Surely this is a terrible attempt at fishing ?

97, 09 and now 15. My first ever Falkirk game was in '93, 4 years of supporting them later I had experienced my first Scottish cup final. Exceptionally fortunate considering how long some boys had waited for it and some boys who still are. Fucking love the Scottish cup!!!

There will be fans sat in there living rooms who've paid nowt getting a better view of the game than you.
Would rather be able to say I was there when we won the cup, rather than say I had a great view at home on the tele to be honest. As I'm sure every bairn would. Not everyone is going to have an amazing view at Hampden but waking up on cup final day and heading off to the game regardless of where you are sitting, being able to soak up all the atmosphere, pre match and during, beats a good view on the couch every single time. 28 years old and going to my 3rd Scottish Cup final to see my team have a chance to win it is the stuff fans of a vast majority of Scottish clubs can only dream of. Just writing this has got me even more buzzing for it!!

Still has the 'always cheated, never defeated' mentality from his Celtic days IMO.
