5 I believe.
6 for Watt I think - Celtic, Hearts, St Johnstone, Motherwell, Dundee United and St Mirren.

Be pretty gutted if we’ve not at least tried to get him if he is available.
Cue Eric Nicholson he was shite anyway article in due course.

I’d argue we look more organised and have a better idea of what we’re doing now than we have had for around 2 years.
Arguably more organised but we don’t have a clue how to score a goal. There’s no attacking structure at all there. There comes a point you need to try and score a goal otherwise what’s the point? We are existing and that’s it. I appreciate you’ll say let’s exist this season, stay up and move on but it’s incredibly difficult to be positive watching this every week. I also can’t shake the feeling Levein thinks he’s doing us a massive favour being our manager and this is all beneath him. Hopefully wrong there though.

Fair points concerning the overall situation but don’t think it’s a defence of the performances or formation/tactics employed under him. It genuinely looks like we’ve never played football before at times.

That's just not true about CL and his lack of being at the stadium!! Duff info
Any idea what he does when he’s at the stadium?

Been on the cards since we scored.

Fully behind the banning of the banging of any drum to be honest.

Nicky Clark and Chris Kane both injured again aye?

1-0 Aberdeen, Brian Irvine header.

We’d need to have the odd coherent attack to finish in the top six I’d imagine.

What was this old firm type behaviour about? Apart from the display.
Arseholes let out for the day. Same ones calling the players fucking c***s at the end as well no doubt.

As for the match itself, don’t know if anyone else who was there felt it, but there was a weird atmosphere amongst the saints crowd all game. Like the support were turning on each other at one point and there was literally no support from the kick off towards the team.
Folk throwing bits of broken seats at their own supporters certainly makes for a unique atmosphere.

Results have improved under Levein, that’s indisputable. How many times have we played well under him though? More organised etc but genuinely played like a cohesive football team? Hibs at home perhaps. The Ross County and St Mirren games we won were terrible. I’d convinced myself this was a good appointment but the more I think about it after watching us……..

We’ve not scored in the Scottish Cup since Rooney at Hampden in 2021. If anyone can remember a time we’ve looked like scoring since you’ve a better memory than me.

The team that looked like they’d played football before won comfortably. Zero complaints. I’d suggest it would be best for us not to rely on the playoff for staying up. Brutal.

Both wing back positions fundamental playing the formation he insists on. Disappointing they don’t seem to be a priority, accepting we have signed or kept players that can play there. Hopefully a bit of pace up front will make the difference,,we offer zero threat going forward and can’t rely on winning 1-0 at home for the rest of the season.

There may be others have been told they can leave.

Due to rain that day.

James Brown can’t play in this game surely. That just wouldn’t be fair. Got a bit of the fear for this game regardless but if he starts that will be fully ramped up.

How many teams sell on the day? We certainly don’t when the away end is sold out,I’ve been to all but Ross County away, and couldn’t buy a ticket on the day
You can get a ticket at both Motherwell and Kilmarnock on the day. People I went to these games with did exactly that. I’d no reason to do that as was able to buy one electronically when knew could attend. You can also pay at the gate in the East Stand at McDiarmid (we don’t publicise this though for some reason).
We will take a decent support to Dens as always but the away end won’t be sold out, only time that’s happened was at Challenge Cup final or the game we won 1-0 towards end of 2008/09 league winning season.

I’ve had to drive from Glenrothes several times ,if they want to go enough ,they’ll get a ticket, or ask a local to pick one up,there’s plenty ways and means
Utter nonsense, nobody should be having to prove they want to go enough. Some people might not know at this stage if they can go. The stand won’t be sold out, it’s ridiculous there’s no option to pay on the day, almost as ridiculous as Dundee’s archaic insistence on only being able to purchase a physical ticket.

Craig Levein will be delighted with that half according to whoever it is on Saints TV. Bloody hell.

Obviously don’t wish injury on any player but this idea that there is some kind of hidden ability within McPherson waiting to be unleashed is totally baffling to me. He is the poster boy for the post double era of the club seemingly not giving a f**k what it was doing. At least we never paid a fee for Ali Crawford. I think.

James Brown can’t even lump the ball forward when we are at the panic stage deep in injury time. An absolutely abysmal footballer. We’ve a few of them sadly.
