How loudly will you be booing the English anthem?
And will it he louder than the howls of faux outrage from the usual media sources?
If they actually played their own anthem instead of the UK Anthem then I might show it some respect!
However as an atheist republican, GSTK will be getting the full respect that it deserves from myself tonight.

Was the second Falkirk-Dunfermline game not treated like this. I am pretty sure no Pars buses or supporters were allowed into Grangemouth/Falkirk before the game and had to go straight to the ground.

I look forward to news pictures of England supporters trailing disconsolately away from crumbling 'Fan Zones' dragging tear-stained St George's Crosses behind them.
Good job that they didn’t open the pubs early so they could all get pissed up then!

When I went to Griffen Park in the late 80 and saw a Brighton side with Big Doug Rougvie playing Brentford in an FA Cup 2nd round tie. I never thought that one day those same clubs would one day be no 1 and 2 in the top flight!

Dundee United away in the Caramel Wafer Cup
You know who we are going to get drawn against in The Scottish Cup later this season don’t you?

Would have taken a draw all day long prior to the match, but that almost feels like a defeat at the moment.

I have bought a couple of tickets for the Airdrie game in the NW and when I checked earlier they were no longer available to buy as STs.
So either not every seat has been bought by season ticket holders or we’re gonna have a tussle for the seats on Sat.
They probably can’t sell them as a season ticket seat now as they wouldn’t be able to be used at the Airdrie game.
It will be interesting to see if it becomes available for a Season ticket afterwards though, presuming that it hasn’t been sold again as an individual ticket for the Raith game.
Regardless there must only be a handful of tickets left available for the NW and it would be nice if the club would open the NE stand as well so fans could be the whole length of the pitch. I doubt that they will though unless the Norrie was close to selling out as well.

Ferguson at Aberdeen these days would get them a third place and a decent cup run, then be off to Huddersfield or Norwich. It's a different world.
Ferguson would probably have been sacked after Morton knocked us out of the cup or after Airdrie beat us 3-0 in the league cup if today’s standards applied back then!

I had planned going to the Utd Pars game, but am seriously reconsidering now.
It would have been one of their largest visiting supports of the season but I am sure many feel the same way as I do. £27 is too much for the top flight, never mind the championship.2 -

Being an Aberdeen fan growing up in West Fife my earliest memory is walking across the links to Pittodrie for a game against The Pars sometime in the early 70s. I am pretty certain Pars supporting relatives were there as well but I don’t remember anything whatsoever about the game.
My first memory of a game was seeing Celtic at East End Park, it must have been near the end of a season and part of the 9 in a row run as I remember the Celtic fans singing ‘oh it’s magic you know it’s going to be ? in a row!’
The first Aberdeen game I remember was a cup game at East End later in the 70s which we won 1-0 with Harper scoring. I was in the main stand with my Dad and my abiding memory is a constant stream of fans being led out by the police as it was all kicking off on the terraces.

Has to be over £100 from memory. Can't imagine it'll go immediately
£100 minimum is for a section 75 claim. A dispute can be raised for any amount, if they stopped providing the service and a charge back could be done by the bank to try and get funds back.

They were excellent tonight as well.
I am currently on the last train out of Waverley and all I can hear is other people playing back videos from the show!

Aye, I would say St Pauli fans were the biggest demographic there then maybe slightly more Celtic fans that pars fans but recognised a few faces.
TwinsTown were winding the Celtic fans up tbf completely deserved, what kind of moron wears a random teams kit to another teams friendly they also seemed very needy.
They certainly are a funny lot, Scots who want to be Irish and last night wanted to be German as well, but still show everyone that they are Irish!
Wearing their hooped shirts was definitely a case of ‘look at me!’ last night and wonder what real St Pauli fans who were there thought of them.I have seen messages on twitter from St Pauli fans from all over the UK who came to the game so in that respect it was good to help raise The Pars profile a bit.
I certainly wouldn’t say no to a return match in Hamburg.

The Silencers at PJ Malloys in Dunfermline was a great gig. Can’t believe I have waited so long to see them.
A perfect start to the weekend that will hopefully get even better this evening!

In May 1990 I walked through a crowd of City fans while I was wearing my Palace top. They all stopped me and shook my hand wishing me good luck next week. We were playing Utd in the FA Cup Final. If City win I will be happy for those fans.
Otherwise Forza Internationale.

I HAD A DREAM…A VERY NASTY DREAM

Perhaps I remember all that optimism and overconfidence in 1978 too deeply , but I have had this fear as well.
We are so unused to be at this stage of the qualifying and being almost there, normally we are looking at an unlikely series of results from other teams to squeeze into a playoff spot.
I am still confident that we will qualify but certainly hope it is before the final game against Norway as we have seen how it goes when we go into a one off game with all the expectations on us. Croatia, Ukraine and last night(I know it was a friendly, but too many people were expecting a win).
Let’s hope that we have got a bad game out of our system and can get something in the next couple of games.
