It was the other person thinking that reports for clients are generated monthly, despite the sales team only going bimonthly. It was his way of saying he thought new reports were saved on the network on a monthly basis.

Got an email this morning with the final line; I'd assumed that the data was "sitting on the shelf". They used the quotation marks, which made it look like they knew it was a wanky thing to say. But carried on regardless.

I wish I had never told anyone I can VLOOKUP, they would still be manually doing stuff. Tossers.

Went out for my first run on my new bike today, did 33km at a modest 20km/h. Not really worked out what gearing to use on slight hills yet as I didn't really change gear much today.

Ordered my first road bike today, looking forward to getting out for some longer runs than the 20 or so hard miles on my mountain bike.

Was maybe a bit misleading saying it was my first 5k, as I probably regularly run further just over a longer period with different kinds of movement. First time running 5k at a constant pace without a stop for a wee chat.

So how far to people cycle on hybrids?

Took part in the fun Run 4 Health 5k in Dumfries yesterday, first time ever doing any kind of running event. Don't ever really run distances usually HIIT etc. Was quite hilly I thought, and I managed it in 22.35, happy with that as I have never really practiced for distance. I think I could easily get into this running carry on, aiming for less than 20minutes next year......

Got told we need to work "smarter" today, a little bit of me died. He followed it up with "smarter not harder", so I let him off.

The last one is this Wednesday in the States.

Much chat of "open communication" today, there was also a "team time" meeting. All from HR, shoot me.
