  1. What do we do on a Monday and Thursday night at training is beyond me gave away number of balls and when we have possession of the ball we dunno what to do with it that’s been our theme this season and today was a prime example of that. we mustard only three shots yesterday and Dumbarton could of beat us 4-0 and I’m at the point loosing faith for mcdonald is under statement with every week passing this side is nowhere near last season team that got us to the play offs and should be bin before it’s too late given Elgin changed their manager and Clyde has lost theres.
  2. To me the board are east fife fans and McDonald is also a big fan of the club due to his playing career both are happy with how things are that’s my view. Our run of results should be enough to say it’s not worked out and it’s time for fresh change to get something out the current team but like Neilly has said why wait until the next bad result my view is we’re not bottom of the league and that everything rosy with him in charge. Like yesterday result was show what do we do on a Monday-Thursday at training the team passing shocking, when we have possession and attacking we simply do not know what to do with it that should also be enough to stay it’s times up.
  3. Well given Elgin changed their manager recently and clyde have sacked there’s I would say “aye” given the style shown by this board of that we’re not bottom and who’s available that we can bring in over mcdonald ie we’ve appointed Crawford now mcdonald who’s in our range and out there? I have lost patience with McDonald already and should of been sacked before the Albion cup match but again whoever comes in we have a squad under par from last season, given we have one loan player from up the road that needs sent back I dunno what we can do other than to survive relegation/trap door at the moment. I doubt January will be upto much aswell this squad needs cleared out in summer and two player hitting 40s in the squad aswell, we need start again but under new management.
  4. Nope and also missed a penalty in penalty shoutout in wales tells you everything really. His deals up in January can we send him back on 7 back to Kirkcaldy
  5. Yeah sad fact is the board are all east fife fans contributes to this fact same applies to managers we’ve had since moving to the new stadium. Who reminds of moffat days when we were bottom and the board stuck by him and won promotion the next season in awful league. The fact is I was happy we gave him the assistant manager role but for him being a manager the last job was Stirling and that went stale didn’t it not? He’s a great guy and legend for what he contributed to east fife etc etc but we need a new directions and ideas I just don’t think he can gets us promoted like many is hoping for.
  6. He’s probably found his level likewise Cunningham aswell… we absolutely don’t need three keepers giving his experience Fleming is and he hardly gets injured so loaning Reece out seems quite right. He’s hardly first choice either and when ever I have seen him I still think young rollo the better out those two.
  7. Should of went when we played Albion at home in challenge cup it bide him time and went on run that saw us play TNS away from home since then things have went stale and back to same start as the season started, we are in the same scene when he was manager of Stirling Albion. Glad to have sat in the house and avoid travelling to Peterheid, if it wasn’t for Clyde and Elgin we would be bottom…. but again we probably hire Crawford or someone on budget that used to play for us our recent managers have been to the boards like, given who’s out there you’ll get who’s out there that we could attract even Clyde struggling to get someone in thats high profile than ex players.
  8. Like our defeat was bad and unacceptable amongst the supporters I just seen Elgin result deary me so many shocks aswell but no worries!
  9. We probably put down playing on grass was the excuse of our defeat but. And the curse of the great Alan Hansen comment of you don’t win nothing with kids aswell so our inconsistency form away from home has us playing league games this season after today.
  10. IWe’ve went beat Stranraer 4-0 few weeks ago to this and it adds to list of defeats to lower league opponents in this cup already so no surprise we are out to an eos outfit but at same time I know it’s embrassing right?. I wasn’t there today but I felt Dunbar was up for it, probably best if we stick to league this season anyways… Greig got the job the same way gary naysmith got the gig promote within even going back to the days of when we had hired durie, Chisholm etc, because of his playing history with east fife I have a feeling this will eventually go sour for greig like his last job with stirling Albion amongst the supporters as we watch on….but at same time east fife will admit who’s out there? same for supporters of Clyde, Forfar, Elgin in that backet there’s no ambition and survive with what we have sort of thing.
  11. Amazing win against a side going nowhere in league 2. PS can we get the PA system sorted either fix the tannoys or replace the women with the microphone, it’s embarrassing us as a club.
  12. Tbf queen of the south are in League 1 it’s a step up for the boy we had onloan so hopefully yous give him time to adapt.
  13. I loved greig McDonald as a player but it is time to go. We are in three way battle to avoid bottom spot…
  14. Is he better than Pat Clarke and John Martin? If he gets us up the league I’ll call him a cracker at the moment just a young player that’s at his level.
  15. Does it really matter what team Dumbarton field tomorrow despite signing a player onloan yesterday we are still going lose 5-0 away at Dumbarton regardless. we are where we are and canny score unless trouten scores a penalty! Dumbarton one those bogey away days like what’s the point travelling there and being rubbish in past.
  16. Just as long as we win games and score that’s what matters. Kieran was at Bonnyrigg at this level…
  17. we seem to have a new player incoming, must be imagine this
  18. Another 5-0 Dumbarton incoming! we don’t seem to score these days so that trend in Dumbarton I fear the worst at a ground we don’t do well at.
  19. Does yesterday result a cause for concern or are we in a bad way and it’s not even September or January yet? What’s the rest of us thinking? to me getting a draw to Stranraer and Elgin is a worry if I’m looking at home games wasn’t at Elgin but I look at it is still poor reminds me of season we were under when we were protesting for a certain brown to be removed years this season turning out to be but I don’t want be negative still think greig doesn’t know what’s his best team is since Peterhead played us off the park and since then it’s went downhill and management quite happy with this squad it is cause for concern. we go to Dumbarton another place we don’t do well at I won’t be surprised at another 5-0 away from home pish to continue there.
  20. manager doesn’t know his team and we seem to be happy with this squad is bonkers, fash hasn’t scored a goal dunno this hype he isn’t like the fash we had. That’s my opinion! We look a worse team to the team when we was bottom of this league and protesting for Derrick brown removal and that was many moons ago… l actually fear drawing to Stranraer and Elgin today where the win is coming from and relying on Clyde to be worser than us.
  21. My view since the league cup greig still is to find his best 11 I dunno that’s my take on this early stages. But if brogan the man should we not be using him, Healy, shepherd, shiavone, fash, page etc within the first 11. elsewhere taylor stevens joined Alloa made some contribution last year thought he wasn’t bad off the bench either but he’s made step up onloan.
  22. Cunningham is away back onloan at Cowdenbeath again.
  23. Feel like we should be playing murdoch and pat slattery at full backs again with Easton and page as centre back pairing despite docherty been raved how good he’s earn a place and newton getting bullied on the other side but then again murdoch not a right back? But was he not played there before steele was shifted to right back last season. maybe opportunity play millar ahead mcmanus there and play walls Central with Healy and nicol out wide and Shepherd and fash up top. 4-4-2 is just thought. We had fash back at most corners on Saturday defended aswell I thought it was me that noticed that or have missed the point?
  24. Only 18 aswell probably could still get a game for the under20s
