  1. thick and biased, as an Airdrieonian, maybe I am. What made the difference from 2002 (Airdrie told to do one) and Thursday (Livi saved)? Money? If so whose and payable to whom? The whole thing stinks, everyone can see it, or maybe we are all just thick and biased Airdrieonians, at heart.
  2. Paul Martin article from the Daily Rantic Kenny Black piece in the Scotsman I reckon they'll be more to follow from other clubs in the next few days. It's far from over.
  3. I'm lost for words (and being a taxi driver, that's a big thing) over this. The beaks at the SFL were the only people wearing grave dancing shoes today, and used them on those of Airdrieonians and Gretna. No harm meant to the livi fans, but today should have been your club's last in the SFL.
  4. are we to be left hanging till the 6 o'clock news for any announcement?
  5. the last update on the beeb was at 15.04, and was no different from before. WTF is there to discuss?
  6. tomorrow's falkirk friendly will be behind closed doors, as safety certificate not obtained. on radio this afternoon
  7. hope all you livi fans are off to hear the words of Chairman Massone and his motley crew. we await with bated breath the edited highlights. (well we don't really) so don't be too long.
  8. if it's not fraud, surely it's at least theft. where's our resident legal experts when we need them? more to the point, where's the Lothian and Borders Police?
  9. see the Daily Rantic has livi back on it's radar............ next court case? hegarty v massone
  10. FFS stop bickering over things, massone must cream his pants every time he reads a livi thread/forum. BTW talking of himself, how did his BIG claim go at court today?
  11. has anyone asked about the wages yet? as this is the last thursday/last day of the month, they'll have been paid, by now surely ,or has it changed again?
  12. was the bump because of this?do you believe it? again names have been quoted so there must be some credible background to the story.
  13. was it not the 6th Dec 2008 (original date of fixture) programme, with a photocopied update by paul hegarty, that was mentioned on the radio. still points to a lack of available printer to do a re-run. what will they do for the next home game?
  14. can massone not be brought in front the beaks at the SFL and asked where the early release money went? that, IMO, should have been ring-fenced to make sure the wages were covered, at least. given the previous problems. but obviously angelo must have had other things to do with it.
  15. I may be, but not too worried if I'm not. A midfield general would be nice tho'.
  16. we are, if it wasn't for the shirt sponsor, then aye, probably. but in JB we trust. he seems to be in control of the good ship broomfield, and all who sail in her. if he says we're on course for survival, then I, for one, have no reason to doubt him. he does run a tight ship, wrt to finances tho', so not much chance of seeing numerous new faces before feb 5th, for us.
  17. did it all go as planned today, wrt to the wages? or will we be back here tomorrow reading more quotes from the media and signore masssone
  18. it's all ok, says massone. there's nothing to worry about. it's all the media's fault. beeb website
  19. another creditor calling in the debt collectors, according to the rantic. this time it's a printer and it's nigh on 6k. edited to add this link
  20. trust me, I'm not laughing. been there, done that, got the t-shirt. don't wan't another one. when we went people, on here, talked of a snowball effect. it's maybe taken 6 years, but the sgns are it's started rolling. I hope to f**k we don't get caught as it trundles by NB.
