I don't even know if it's something they even worry about tbh as the silence from McD is deafening. Geoff certainly didn't care about sacking Alex Totten and the MSM went nuts. Nothing to do with his ties to the marble staircase of course.

Enough time had passed with enough poor results that there would be zero criticism of Geoff/Steve/ Flaherty? for sacking Davidson. They're starting to look foolish for persisting with him.

The fact he's never worked again after Millwall is quite telling.

Because they probably use more than just Martindale's mates to get players in. Or method seems to be waiting for an agent to offer us a player. Gary fucking Rowett or agents that used to play for Saints.

We are so predictable. You know what the shape will be. You know what will happen at kick off. You know what the substitutions will be and what the "style" of play will be. Tommy used to get some slagging for his solid approach but Davidsonball makes him look like Bielsa. And you know that any interview will be a moan about refs and shifting the blame. The fact he was furious at Rooney going for a 4th goal against ICT says it all. He has to be binned as soon as possible.

What a season we're in for with Davidsonball in full swing. Huffing and puffing about the park hoping that Murphy, Carey or Wotherspoon can pull off something special. Glorious.

We all know it but if we don't get a striker and a midfielder then we're relegated. We might be relegated anyway with that but at least there will be a bit of fight. May, Bair and Kane won't score enough to keep us up.

We could certainly do with Bair actually being a striker but the early signs are not promising IMO.

Middleton might show some more consistency in a more attack minded team but I'm not going to lose too much sleep over him not coming to McD.

Not fussed about what happens with Clark. He's made his choice.

He's been ridiculously well backed by the club. Certainly for two transfer windows anyway. Surely if it gets to the point where he's agitating for more more transfers in January 2023 because we're bottom he'll be sacked. Surely?!
