    What do we think is the strategy for a keeper? A loan for a year and then get a loan for Sinclair who could then step up next season. Or permanent that Sinclair can then challenge?

    At least the more midfielders we have the more likely it is that Crawford will GTF.

    Golf buddy number 1 is championing Montgomery as a WB and still expects the formation to be 3 at the back.

    My point is that we've not gone back for him and instead signed Considine.

    Considine will have the all important levels of "trust" Davidson requires.

    Yeah. Why try and sign an emerging 22 year talent when we can sign a 35 year old with one leg for two years.

    The Montgomery move seems sensible. Booth and Gallacher are our signed up options with Gallacher being gambled on as the longer term option. Montgomery can play until they are ready to come back.

    I think some of the McCart criticism is that the form drop off coincided with the Hibs chat so it looked a bit like a "head turning" moment. He definitely stepped up at the 11th hour though and it'll be interesting to see how he gets on down south.

    Because he's a great lad in the dressing room. And presumably it's too early for Sinclair to be involved. So we need our new Number 1 to stay fit and in form because Parish has regressed big time. As we could all see against Hibs. Except Callum of course.
