There must be some reason for Nelson and the club not giving out this information, but I can’t for the life of me think what. Robson’s outburst would suggest it’s possibly serious? Have to laugh at some of the simpletons in our support losing the head over on Twitter though, claiming some sort of malice in the Dunfermline tweet which I’m sure was just well intentioned sympathy.

Who needs safe standing or a 4th stand when we can bring back the gazebo. I thought it genuinely created a bit of atmosphere and was pretty gutted to see it go.

Don’t get me wrong I found his annual article of dinosaur news infuriating, he’s 78 and gets a pass on that though. It doesn’t in any way detract from the work he did around the club especially his with academy.

He really is a very nice man to be fair, has a lot of time for supporters. Probably the reason so many hold him in high regard. I’ll personally miss him being around the club, so let the love in commence.5 -
The gimmick stuff is nonsense and the club gets rightfully hammered for it but if the money generated goes into getting us promoted I couldn’t give a shit.
In terms of community involvement I think we have to be one of the best in the country, and it’s good to see us fighting against the pull of the old firm.1 -

The only players I’d be definitely keeping regardless of contracts or availability are McGhee, Robson, Taiwo, Sibbs, Longridge and Jak. Everyone else playing for a contract till end of the season.
Still this for me. 1 of Hazard/Thompson/Mitchell (all 3 good backup in this league, 1 of Grant/Muirhead and Nelson the closest to joining this club.0 -

Just a heads up that the club aren't imposing a limit on the number of tickets that season tickets holders can buy today, so give them a ring sooner rather than later if you're looking to buy today.

Strange situation where I think it’s a good signing for St Mirren and a good decision for him to leave. Hippolyte clearly doesn’t fit in with the way Hartley wants to play and is another player rumoured to cause a problem in the dressing room. For St Mirren, decent backup player to Morgan and if Reilly’s goals dry up he can play upfront.
Will be interesting to see how happy he is not starting games, as that seemed to lead to his half-arsed performances for us.0 -
Getting a fee for a player who is at best 3rd choice striker is brilliant business. We’ve got forwards in now who have similar talent to Hippo at this level but also look like they give a f**k, all of the time.
