  1. How many times are we going to get subjected to semi literate pish trying to tell us that this league is not garbage?
  2. League match at Albion Rovers on a midweek in February.
  3. Really don't know how you can say that Yogi isn't a gamble.
  4. Tit is probably checking P&B to see who is saying nasty things about him.
  5. Don’t joke about that. The big clown probably thinks that he could do it.
  6. Not even the pretence of mutual consent. SACKED!
  7. Had to be done but I will hold back on the celebrations until I see who these incompetent arseholes hire in his place.
  8. Surely time for the jaggy pitchforks and burny torches.
  9. Let’s hope that he has similar success with them next season.
  10. He may be playing chess but he obviously doesn’t know the rules.
  11. “it is a reminder of how difficult a league this is.” Spouting this shite should be a sacking offence in its self. It is only difficult because we are making an arse of it.
  12. It’s a clear your desk meeting they should be having.
  13. I'm not buying the "barn of a stadium" argument to be honest. As I mentioned look at the Airdrie fans on Saturday and there have been plenty of occasions where the atmosphere has been really pretty good when there has been something to get excited about.
  14. I never renewed our three season tickets this year but I have been to three home games and they have been grim, soulless experiences. The passion and even basic enthusiasm has been drained from our support and surely attendances will drop off sharply if positive change doesn't happen soon. The comparisons with Airdrie on Saturday could not have been more stark, they had a team of limited ability fighting and scrapping for everything well supported by a noisy, boisterous crowd who were right into the match and who were enjoying themselves. Never thought that I would ever be jealous of an Airdrie supporter. edit to add that I watched a wee clip from the Sammy McGivern hat trick game at Broomfield in 1990 on Facebook last night, a different world.
  15. No real doubt In my mind that the manager is the real problem. He signed what we all thought was a strong enough squad to get us out of this league but he seems blind to the issues affecting the team ie expecting players to do jobs they are not suited to (Tidser as defensive mid, Sammon as target man and Dixon as overlapping full back), persisting with a shaky central defensive pairing, lack of fight, no leadership and inability to make changes during matches to influence the performance. Obviously any new manager would want to bring in a few new faces but I do think what we already have should be performing far better than they currently are.
  16. Quite possible and frankly I couldn’t care less. Whatever it takes to get the job done.
  17. At the moment I would give them the benefit of the doubt.
  18. I don’t think it would be a dead cat bounce, most of the team are more than good enough for this level and under competent management would perform consistently at a much higher standard.
  19. This is what we are reduced to. Bad times indeed.
  20. Q. “How good is it to finally win a big game?” A. No fucking idea.
