Cheers mate. I tend not to drink a lot and I'm trying to clean up my diet and lose weight just now actually. I'm only 20 this year so by no means old but i do feel as though, when i think back, I had a lot of symptoms of anxiety in my youth also which is quite scary.

Finally after about 5 years I've booked an appointment

North Korea fascinates me, the fact that a country like this exists right now is mind blowing. I'd love to visit it but don't think I have the bollocks to ever do it. There are a few decent documentaries on YouTube relating to the country, escapists, the regime etc.

174 so -11lbs so far with 4 to go. I'll see how i feel/look at 170 and possibly drop some more.

They've signed a deal with Fight Pass now but i'm not sure how many events that's for. The format was fantastic for late night viewing, one fight starting almost immediately after the other. Alfie Davis seemed like a cocky wee b*****d but a lot of impressive movement and of course the kick was timed to perfection, his range was a huge advantage for him last night so i don't know how he would fair against someone with a similar range. Edit: Didn't know at the time but Pimblett's opponent trains with Brad Pickett and had some of his camp over at ATT, so an even better victory for Pimblett last night.

Cage Warriors returned last night and there were a few good fights. Young Paddy 'The Baddy' Pimblett probably the stand out for me, phenomenal ground game and he is only 21 with a pro record of 10-1 now. Anybody else watch it?

JDS was flawless there, i had him every round.

He seems like a hard working guy in the gym but he comes across as a p***k in interviews and the like. I can't wait for Stevie Ray to fight again and Joanne but just couldn't give a toss about Whiteford personally.

Whiteford will be cut now surely? Very shite performance again, seems to just stick his head down and swing constantly. He has a black belt in Judo and doesn't use it at all. Needs to stop his attitude in interviews etc aswell until he can genuinely back it up.
