  1. Seems my response to Rob 1885's nonsensical post has already been written by others. Rovers have a less than perfect history financially and we struggle to make ends meet but for some time we have shown considerable restraint to meet our obligations to the tax man and other creditors. Dunfermline, like Hearts and Rangers are the major cause of the death of the Scottish game. Inflating player wages and cheating their creditors to fake some sort of supremacy.
  2. This will come across as a post from a bitter "wee teamer" but I have no sympathy for the Pars at all. Last time in the first, the major difference at the end of the season was Dunfermlines ability to strengthen the squad in the January window. Like Rangers and Hearts, DA have lorded it over their local rivals for years faking supremacy with money they don't have. Like I said, no sympathy. Take your medicine and GIRUY in the process!
  3. Also, did I hear the radio correct that Chuckie is demanding an SPL payment due to Oldco to be paid to Newco as they have been saddled with the liabilities of oldco? The 3 days overdue wife was complaining about some pregnancy related discomfort in the car and I didn't catch the quote, the quicker they install sky plus in car radios the better!
  4. Was gonna pick it apart WRK but it appears you've done it for me. I can't figure out if he's trying to compare Rangers with Man U and Real Madrid because he's fuckin stupid or if because his audience is fuckin stupid!
  5. This post, particularly the bit in bold, justify every head-in-sand jpg that has been posted in this Epic thread. Truth is that nothing mattered as long as you were getting it up them across the city and lording over Scottish football. The fans would not have stomached Murray pulling back investment in the team and were the primary driver in the demise of the club. You felt you deserved more, deserved better, deserved to win. The Orcs now deserve everything that this decades long mind-set is delivering. Karma can be so sweet! GIRFUY!
  6. The silence from the SFA/ SFL is deafening. Surely they must be a little concerned of the impact this may have on their competitions this season. The decision to rush through the membership/ licence is going to be shown up for the disgrace that it was. This is compulsive viewing, stocking up on popcorn again!
  7. More controversy? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-19976991
  8. Is Green really suggesting that Man United would rather be in a league with Rangers than Aston Villa?
  9. Rangers fans accusing Alex Thomson of having a diseased mind His blog article sums the situation up nicely. You put yourself in mortal danger by standing up for what's right in this sorry affair. There has been criticism of Regan, Doncaster etc and justifiably so as they have shown pretty poor leadership in all this but if you consider what could happen to them and theirs if they had done what they should've then I think most of the critics are showing more than a bit of hypocrisy. Scottish Football needs strong leadership and ultimately it has spineless middle managers and Old Firm minded representatives. In other words a fertile breeding ground for corruption.
  10. Did anyone take notice of the figures in the sky news graphic on the right hand side? In the 6 month period during admin the clubs income was circa £4.5m and the outgoings were circa £7.5m! A lot of the outgoings were fixed costs like catering, policing etc. The interesting one for me was post admin wages (25%) of £2.3m. This is less, pro rata, than the current wage bill of £6m. if the costs for 6 months during admin are £7.5m then the absolute lowest annual costs to maintain the status quo is £15m. Income from season tickets is absolute max £10m, with little other real substantial income we will round that up to £12m. As Jeff Randell sniggered to his economics pal, explain the maths? The share issue is to plug a financial hole. If it fails it's tatas again. Also, that fuckin tool McCoist does a mean Churchill dog impression!
  11. You couldn't make it up? Is Charles hoping for a second liquidation perhaps? I think all his guys have wealth off the radar, much the same as you or I do It would take a new word to describe Rangers fans if Murray ended up involved again. Gullible doesn't quite cut the mustard
  12. I don't think Sevco fans really know what they are fighting against anymore...... there are fresh air punches, tears and snotters everywhere! Out of interest, what do Sevco fans see as a reasonable punishment once the formality of proving they are the biggest cheats in world football is complete? I'd suggest losing the unfairly won titles is just a starting point!
  13. I would rather that scottish football was full of St Johnstones, clubs that follow the rules and show some respect for the authorities. The contempt that Rangers and the Rangers show the game is repulsive. Scottish football would thrive without them!
  14. Parkhead looks pretty full to me. At £40 a ticket the sums add up a lot nicer than whatever 23000 paid last night. I can believe Sevco fans even want to enter that debate. Last night was a beautiful night for Scottish football, hopefully we are treated to a few more before Charly Chuckles disappears with his cash!
  15. I'd forgotten how painful it was on the eyes reading the shite the Daily Record classes as Journalism.
  16. I don't think any football fan would have a problem with continuation if the debts were paid in full, even at this stage. The behaviour of The Rangers Football club is absolutely appalling, I thought this new club was looking forward to making "new friends". They appear to be the same big ugly bullies the former club was. I doubt my club would still be in Scottish Football had it behaved like either oldco or newco, despicable!
  17. I'm still finding it amusing that The Rangers fans are in a flap that the Lawyers tasked with digging the dirt on Rangers alleged cheating may have an agenda to find as much evidence as possible. If I have a crime committed against me I would hope the Prosecution lawyer would dig as much dirt as possible rather than show up and be objective and see both sides of the story. That is the job for the judge!
  18. At the minute there is no distinguishable difference between Rangers (IL) and The Rangers football club. If this is to remain then any punishment due to Rangers (IL) should be borne by The Rangers football club. I'm pretty sure thats what Charley Chuckles has signed up for as part of the league membership as it ensures he will make a pretty penny from the great season ticket con. I almost feel sorry for the "Berz"..... almost
