The point i have been trying to make is ..that you need to introduce these guys in 2,s or three's not all at once ! see how they get on with good service , playing with regulars bringing on the confidence , i feel Saturdays Experiment was a failure and i am sure PG realises this now . but some will see it differently , would be a great insight having the opinion of the players who took part and how they felt afterwards?

the way i see it , it was a big risk , the fringe players confidence in the first half would have been shattered only saved by adding in players who really aught to have started felt terrible for the big lad jamieson , his first half was horrible .

for what its worth (and i rarely comment on other teams gaffers ) Mcpake is not the right man for you rather obvious to me and you lot. but your board need a kick up the bahookie for not doing the right thing rookie managers should normally come through the ranks via lower league teams , yes there has been some exception SG at Rangers an example but it becomes obvious after some time , not nice wanting to sack your manager though but its a jungle out there in football land

His record here is pretty good better than goodwin so far, but as BFTD says too soon to judge . i had my doubts but he has won me over so far ...we will see in time .
