Biggest problem for Glasgow in first euro game will be how much energy was expended last weekend. The last twenty min was torturous for the players and they left everything on the park. Even subs looked gassed. Really unlucky to have a fixture like that before euro games.

Cockerill is exactly guy needed in pro 14 to stand up and say what we all have. Guys like Clancy Lacey mitrea are miles off even semi pro level. Watched Scarlets ospreys tonight n Lacey was absolutely appalling. He missed eye gouge by webb n off ball punches even on review, gave a try that was a knock n not grounded n needed tmo to step in n gave another try where grounding seemed short. Clancy was horrendous last nighy ...could have pinged Glasgow every scrum but didn't.... Equally cheetahs at every ruck. Line outs were free for all in terms of squint throws Eta Ian Davies was disgraceful last week. It looked more than just incompetent at times...

Watched the game back..still can't believe that win n those tries. Players deserve huge credit for their endurance. They were clearly gassed but still kept going. Jackson n Johnston did some great work. Almost every player made some sort of contribution. Three contenders for try of the season.

Harley has been fantastic so far. Not as obvious as someone like gibbens (basically leone n strauss combined) but does some fantastic work. Really hope toony keeps him in mind.

I didn't rate Humphreys as forwards coach at Scotland n was fuming he got the gig at scotstoun. Remember welsh fans on social media saying they'd pay his train fare when he was hired by sru. The set piece is shambolic. I'd be up for getting shade Munro back in.

Going to have to disagree a bit there....they were fantastically physical going forward n bounced a lot of our big guys. We had to employ serious line speed n double up on tackles n even then they made yards. As for their defence their line speed was crazily good n we had to score by frankly moments of genius n brilliance (n perhaps well earned luck). I don't see any other side getting a win there let alone a bp. Their hooker would gas most pro 14 centres. They beasted Glasgow in set piece too. Gibbens was only player that got us over gain line consistently. Genuinely think thats one of Glasgows best ever wins (not best performance cos was lot of scruffy stuff). Not sure any of Glasgow tries could be attributed to poor defence tbh.

All of that is pretty much correct aside from the sru attitude...they would 100% be delighted to host sfa games whether they be international matches or finals / semis. All of this chat is however redundant...theyre clearly going to keep Hampden
