He was always the sort of person who'd have a chat with you. I spoke to him many a time, usually when I was getting match or season tickets. He seemed ro know so many of our fans.
As someone said earlier, he was a true Sons fan, and will fondly be remembered for the good things he did at our club.
Rest in Peace. A sad day.

When's the draw? I miss it when they conducted the draw directly after the fixtures. That moment we knocked Raith out piled on the bus as the draw was made and drew Celtic at Parkhead was amazing.

Partick Thistle players were earning £250 per week the year they won this league, and they were full time.Top earners on 500 quid with the rest of the squad on 250-300. No bad for 3 days work.
My guess is that their win bonuses were high.

Off topic for a moment - good luck with your employment venture into Lahndahn Tahn, Sons Fan. See you in six months.
In the meantime, you could go and watch a wee team to keep your interest in football -maybe Arsenal or Spurs or a similar wee diddy team like Chelski.
