Sadly it looks like we’ll be going with minimal changes in the summer. The status quo of the club on the park with continue. We badly need an overhaul and that includes McAllister getting fired into the sea.
With so many players out of contract I can’t see this happening

My concern with signing McAllister to a new deal is that it seems like a lazy option. No effort required to find a better option when there's a guy who's 'fine' in place.
This does not mean he is potentially not looking for a right back , what it does mean is that he has a player in the squad who can cover a number of defensive positions when the need arises ,

versatile enough to probably play anywhere in the back 4 so I don’t have an issue with him staying
Clubs at our level and budget need players who can fill in a number of positions within the squad

It sounds like we are putting out a similar state of a squad as we did against Airdrie - touching on miracle stuff to get anything tomorrow with that side.
Arbroath managing a wee draw would be lovely!

He looked comfortable there hopefully there isn’t another injury there cause that’s the last thing we need
He was unwell rather than injured all good

Why did we field a youth team in a reserve fixture?
Asked for game to be changed to next week due to current injury crisis but league and Livingston refused

Are Lewis and Jack brothers or just coincidence they share a last name?
Yes they are brothers

True, thought the likes of Armatey, Smith and the young lads that were on the bench on Saturday would feature
, under 18s along with Guthrie, McRoberts, Jenkins, Viviani and Watret ,

Reserve cup semi final tomorrow v Livingston according to the fixtures page I follow. Hopefully we put a decent team out and can get to a final as they're few and far between
Would think a very young team , we have a first team game on Friday and looking at Saturdays squad very few players you could risk today

I'm assuming there will be a player of the year night this season, any chance the NT will be ready in time for it or will it be at Vinyl?
There is a POTY event taking place , just waiting on confirmation of date and venue , believe all will be revealed very soon

A vote on whether we should get the Old Firm to f**k would be more worthwhile I think.

Was looking at the table earlier, hilarious that a win on Saturday and at home to Airdrie next Friday, puts us in 4th place, albeit for 24 hours until other games are played . Just shows you the ridiculousness of this league. The likes of the next 2 games were the ones I was thinking Brown will be focusing on to manage us to safety. Think Musonda will be away for this one, possibly allows McGinley to come in to left back and a back 4 of McAllister/Stanger/Sanders/McGinley. Then apart from Dowds, it's a tombola draw for the other 5 outfield positions.
McGinley in before McGinty ?

Didn't realise the reserve game was today. Just had a nosey on the betting page and 0-3 down just before HT
It’s our under 18 squad mainly ,wouldn’t read into the score too much

Notice the reserves are playing today against Dunfermline at Cumnock so presumably McGinley will get some game time.
Just young boys playing today ,

Guessing we’ll be throwing McGinley into the team against QP if Musonda is away on international duty?
I would be thinking more McGinty and Stanger in middle with Sanders and McAllister as full backs

Brown’s interview certainly seems to confirm that he consciously chose to fill the team with runners. Can’t argue with the logic in many respects. Murphy is a good player who doesn’t have the legs to play wide of a midfield 4, particularly away from home. Dempsey hasn’t been at the races for a while now. Don’t know what the script is with Chalmers, but he is probably the one player who hasn’t reacted at all to Brown. Maybe he’s signed a pre-contract elsewhere, or maybe Brown just isn’t able to live with the compromise of increasingly occasional flashes of quality but a general lack of work rate and defensive ability.. McGinty is the only one who I think is really hard done by - one mistake after months of consistency and he’s dropped.
Can’t argue with the result though, but I doubt we’ll get away with that approach very often.
On the piece about Chalmers , he says in his interview that Chalmers is carrying a knock j

The lack of social media content from the club is really disappointing. After a really positive result it would of been nice to see some footage of the players celebrating with the fans etc. This sort of stuff is really important and we are sadly lacking in that department.
Due to an issue that happened very late unfortunately the social media person was unable to attend the game yesterday ,

A thing that would end speculation is the club actually letting the support know these things.
He did say at press conference all players available, why would he tell the opposition in advance that 4 of his better players are not 100% fit

Hugely concerned with Scott Brown and his erratic team selection. I never wanted him in the first place and I hope I am totally wrong but dropping Chalmers, Dempsey, McGinty and Murphy is wild, especially when you look at their replacements. We are in for a hell of a redemption arc when Bullen returns to save us.
Maybe some players are carrying knocks ( does not mean to say they are injured to the extent of participating for a small part of game )

Decent idea but I can’t see the council giving a licence for drinks within the terrace areas of a football park ,

Can play many positions which could give us cover as you are not going to get 2 players who are capable of starting every week in every position so you need someone who can step in when required
