If Livi have indeed refused to fulfill a fixture that is deemed valid in the SFL's eyes, would this not then leave them open to new sanctions and possible expulsion from the league should the appeal fail, and thier refusal to fullfil a fixture outwith the guidelines set for cancelling fixtures?

Possibly, really not sure how they would work it if Airdrie refused the offer of promotion. Do they stick with the whole playoffs thing first and offer Brechin and Peterhead and then offer Clyde, or do they offer Clyde before Brechin and Peterhead Or they could just say that Airdrie are up and they have no option to refuse

They should have that option, although im not sure how that would work with replacing them. It was suggested in a previous post that Brechin as the other playoff team would be offered the place, but should they refuse aswell (was it not mentioned that they did not want to go up as they couldnt afford it?) it really would be a bit of a mess, would they then just go down the whole of the 2nd division table and take the first team that accepts?

David O'Brien will be going fairly cheaply, maybe Livi could sign him for thier 3rd division campaign, certainly dont think there will be much competition for him to complain about there

Ive not actually kept track of your comings and goings during the close season, are you lot really that worse off than you were at the end of last season. I know you have lost that waster di giacomo, but seriously id say thats no great loss B)

Definetly, Anything other than punishment for breaking the insolvency rules would have been a farce, and the pathetic attempts at blackmail have probably made it a whole lot worse on them. I certainly wont be losing any sleep over it tonight

Can i just make a plea to Livi to stay out of bother until nearer the start of next season? Would rather Airdrie stayed down rather than being bailed out again. Also if you get the 10 point deduction then the cushion would be very helpful to our survival next season
