We are actually that bad that I think we all need to take a breather and ask ourselves if some of this lot can do any better? We have a team of players so far out their depth that if this was a 5s match you would be picking teams again. All over the pitch we look completely amateurish although the keeper get special mention.

The state that Morton are getting themselves is unreal. It’s good to be on the supposed “winning” side of it for once. Pretty sure McKinnon pulled this stunt at raith as well but no idea how that ended up. If we end having to pay then no danger it will be 6 figures. If the stories about the back room staff being untouchable then I can’t see any “credible” names signing up. If nothing happens tomorrow then it will be the caretaker who will be running the show for months. We’re going to end up with Duffy. I get he might steady the ship but I really don’t think he will want much to do with that squad. I wouldn’t either if I was him. We are well and truly in the pits. Hartley has had a shocker with either recruitment and/ or catastrophic man management tactics. Duffy doesn’t strike me as one who will put an arm round players and get them going but I don’t know that other than the impression you get from interviews. My fear is he is more of the same as Hartley. So we have a shite squad that even mother Theresa couldn’t cure. Brutal everywhere you look at falkirk F.C. just now and I’m a fairly optimistic fan compared to others. Appointing Kerr, miller or any other untried manager will just be final nail in the coffin. I’m just out my 20’s so not got the memories of a few posters on here but this really is the lowest of the low for me. The last 10 years have been a slow decline until we have reached this point. So many opportunities passed up to get us out of this league and when we rolled the dice we made a complete mess of it. I honestly have no idea where we go from here, and more worrying is how this can improve given the lack of transfer window left. The years of coasting along are coming home to roast.

Chic were excellent on Saturday. Was laughing at Craig Charles myself. Probably the most mangled guy in there at 3 in the afternoon! Only downside was the queues i thought which took the piss. I missed a full act waiting for a pint.

Watched that Gerry Cinnamon for the first time on TV yesterday and couldn't understand what was going on......but it must work as he had a huge crowd and everyone there was having a good time so fair play to the guy. Thought Arctic Monkeys were outstanding last night. Alex Turner is a completely different person on stage now to the early days. the new tunes sounded class as well. Think TRMST has hit the spot overall for scottish music events. Easy to access and lineups generally have been good. Cant see T in the Park ever making a return.

Anyone not renewing based on sibbald moving on needs a look at themselves. He has given us plenty years of service and wish him well in the rest of his career. No doubt he is getting more cash and will get a chance at livi to at least prove if he is good enough, which the bottom six SPL is probably about the right level. If it wasn't for those rules around development fees then i am pretty sure we would have lost him a lot earlier than we have. I am also not convinced Hartley is that fussed about him. He is maybe the last of the players he felt he needed to move on to get a proper clean slate. It will no doubt free up a wage of our highest earner so lets see what Hartley brings in before having a meltdown before June has even started

What is truly staggering is that they never had a backout when it went tits up. Things go wrong all the time but surely you can’t get permission to do it without a way of going back to the state it was in before? Worked for a few big IT firms and backout plans are mandatory, not a nice to have

As much this pains me to say it - well done livi. Proved that you don’t need a time of ex prem players and a budget to get out this league. As a falkirk fan it was hard to watch you get out but it should ram home to our board what is needed next year. Enjoy the moment as I for one never thought I would see livi reach the premiership again

The jewellers hand is a brilliant tune! Just gave it a 3rd listen and I must admit it has won me round. I’m all for bands going in different directions as there are tons of 3 album bands who you get sick of. This is the biggest change but no wonder considering the whole thing was written on Alex turners piano. There are no festival anthems but it’s still a pretty good album.

Still cracks me up the amount of falkirk fans who pile pressure on these guys. They are no more different to the majority of the population income wise yet they are to crucified any time they seem to act like everyone else. It’s the start of his summer break. Calm it to a frenzy

They checked the lead booker ID last night and that was it so you should be ok if the person meets you. Thought last night was good. Bit of a different set list but I like a lot of it and glad to get a chance to hear them live. Tunes like the right stuff etc aren’t exactly anthems but still good tunes. Saw a tiny bit of Baxter dury and he sounded good.

Thought the streets were pretty good. Great hearing weak become heroes again although the sound was patchy to say the least!
