  1. 14 draws in the league this season is absolutely wild.

7 0-0’s., combined with the second least goals scored in the league & the third least goals conceded, it’s no wonder we’re all bored out of our minds.

if only we had a manager that wanted to attack, we’d maybe actually score some goals & win some games…. 🤦‍♂️

  2. That’s 7 unbeaten in the league now, drastic improvement from the start of the season. Definitely positives to take, just need to find that cutting edge to put teams away. Going forward it’s still a bit lethargic & lacking creativity.

On to Stranraer next week I would make 2 changes to the starting 11 yesterday. Mykyta in for Skelly & Thomson on the right in for Allan.
I think Allan’s a decent wee player, still young but he has pace to burn which would be useful coming on as a sub to stretch the game if required.

Thought the first half was quiet with not much action bar Forfars goal. Seemed to be a misjudgement from Fleming and its snuck in.

Second half was much better and we looked to want it more. Austin looked superb and won every flick on almost. The subs also gave us a boost and we were unlucky not to create more.

Happy enough with a point and it's 3 unbeaten for Campbell. Things are improving already

thought Austin struggled in the air to be honest, Munro & Allan won most encounters with him from what I seen.

I was very impressed with Connor McMnaus in the middle of the park for East Fife, he seemed to dictate most of the play especially in the second half.

  4. Game of two halves again today.

we played well first half but didn’t create much. Thought Allan took his goal well.

second half we capitulated again, east fife came out firing and were unlucky not to take the three points. Probably would of had it not been for McCallum saves & some poor finishing.

It’s good to be grinding out points, but it’s worrying that we can’t seem to be able to see out a lead.
Onto Stranraer next week which is looking like a tasty tie.

  5. Mark Whatley sitting on the bench and he brings a young Lobban that doesn’t look ready for senior football yet is mind boggling.

Second half we came out thinking the game was wrapped up, McKinnon just let the game fade & made the wrong subs which cost us dearly.

Credit to Peterhead for coming out second half fighting, they’ll be gutted to only draw.

Mcalister still a big huffy bairn though I see.

The less said about the referee the better, he was absolutely hopeless for both sides btw. Nearly every single tackle was a foul! Absolutely incompetent but that’s no shock to anyone:

About as forgettable a match you'll ever see, bonnyrigg were there for the taking and we couldn't string a pass together to hurt them and we were lucky they didn't score on the counter in the end.

Robson slightly less anonymous today but still mind boggling how he's always the one being left on, at this point you just want to see him given a break for his own sake.

I actually thought Robson had a better game today but yeah still nowhere near good enough. Yet he’s one of the first names on the team sheet week in week out.

  7. Is there actually any positives to take from that game other than a clean sheet?

absolutely toothless going forward, constant hoof ball, giving the ball away needlessly in the middle of the park. McKinnon sat back in his chair content with a boring 0-0 at home. This needs to end.

referee an utter clown terrible decisions for both sides, nothing new there though.
