I think we did try and appropriate tactics yesterday just didn't have the players to do it effectively. And don't have the players on the bench to do it. I think on our pitch just now you have to go long and it was so easy for Airdrie to defend against yesterday. Things got worse when we dropped Matty Todd into the deep midfielder especially when Paul Allan was having a decent game. Trying to get KRH to dribble with the ball through a bog was just never going to work. McPake has to do better, last year I felt he changed tactics well to suit the matches but hasn't replicated that this year.

I said it hadn't helped... Which it hasn't. The injuries and the pitch are factors but the significant factor is not scoring enough goals. We seem to have found a way now to keep things reasonably tight at the back but aren't carrying much of an attacking threat going forward.

Burst under soil heating turning the pitch on the stand side into a bog really hasn't helped post December. Generally in the second half it's virtually impossible to play good football on it.

I think the management team got it badly wrong tonight, I wouldn't have dropped Moffat and the changes made us considerably worse. Peach of a goal for the second and Mehmet you feel could come for the first? Referee and his junior assistant were laughably awful, won their badges in a raffle I assume.

Unpopular opinion it was actually fine from Inverness action replays and the commentary was fine albeit it's weird listening to someone doing radio commentary when you are watching as well. That and they didn't pay attention to the subs.

I think we just need to keep asking Holmes to run hims into the ground for the last half hour. Didn't do much at all against Ayr but it's important when he comes on to give us more energy up front and step the press back up again.

Would be great to get a third clean sheet on the spin here. Would expect some rotation wouldn't be against trying to rest Todd and Hammy at half time if the game allows, schedule is absolutely crazy at the moment.

What do you guys think the plan is with Goodwin? Surely if/when you go up the board must be thinking this guy isn't the man to take us forward, he already has 1 top flight relegation on his CV and is limping to the title with a budget and squad that really ought to be blowing the rest of the league out the water. If I was them I would have punted Goodwin after the Raith game. Or is the plan to stick with Goodwin until October when you are sitting bottom of the prem and rush off to get Neilson back in?

Genuinely could be any of the bottom 6 in the relegation spots, I think Arbroath will finish in the bottom 2 but not writing them off yet. Ayr have shipped the most goals Arbroath aside and Airdrie have scored the least. Both characteristics aren't great this far into the season. Anyone has the bad luck that we have had regarding injuries in the last quarter then it will be curtains, the teams with momentum now need to keep it going for as long as they can. The 40 point mark normally signifies safety but I'm not sure if will this year.

Between you and @parsboi the club should be paying you mega bucks to stay away

Ah fair just thought this guy looked quite small, and also pretty panicked. Never seen a keeper give away that indirect free kick in a professional game.

Where have you found that keeper? The boy who was playing earlier in the season was far more reliable

Much improved generally with the chances being made but some great finishes, funny that the ref should have pulled it back for a foul shy directly before the second. Unless it's genius level advantage being played
