  1.

We have stepped on from a league that we have dominated since we started such a shame you couldn’t do the same eh.

What will you seriously do when the season starts and you can’t accuse pennies of this and that. I will walk away a happy man knowing we dominated when we finished up and you never beat us [emoji6][emoji6][emoji6]

Dominated the second year you mean[emoji23] first year you finished 4th and went up By default with teams folding. Since then been unstoppable though.

  2. Great point Chris, I feel the over 35’s offers the guys more competitive football because they see the amateur gaming fading away

I would say it offers them a Friday night game which leaves the rest of the weekend free for work or whatever. There is a million reasons why it’s failing and not sure what the answer is. I’m all for a stab at summer football as another bad winter will kill even more teams off.
  3. Surprising if true, but it would make for an interesting rivalry local with Musselburgh Athletic.
However, if there are only 2 Amateur applicants, and Inverkeithing HS have publicly admitted applying, then St Bernards application must be incorrect ?  It also rules out Soccer AM (Fife).
Or are there more than 2 amateur club applicants ? If so,  it brings into question the (rumoured) number, and/or existing  status (amateur or junior) of the  15 new EoS applicants overall.

inverkeithing can’t be one of the Ammie teams as they don’t even exist they don’t have an adult team just now.
  4. Realistically, what are the LEAFA and KFAFA going to do if the above teams do leave without notice?

Couldn’t tell you I’m not involved in they Associations possibly make them change names.Im sure a similar scenario was where kennoway star hearts were born out of after kennoway failed to give adequate notice when changing leagues.

  5. I attended the game on Saturday in the hospitality too. It was our Amatuer teams Xmas day out so decided to give this a go and was well impressed with the day. Food and drink all good and the whole day was well organised so hats off to Stirling Albion. On the game Stirling were deserved winners in the game having been the more hungry for it and after hearing the manager pre match can see he means business and can only see them climbing the table now.
