I've just learned from this that the Vatican also has a women's team.
You know how many goals they have scored?
Nun.
But they’ve a habit of being good with crosses.

That’s an incredible photo.
One guy standing with his hand on his hip as if he cares not a jot what’s going on around him.I’m not sure what his teammate’s doing but it’s definitely not challenging for the ball, while the Celtic player is trying a ballet move.
would have been a great photo for Spot The Ball.

Liam Donnelly incoming either today or tomorrow apparently.
Decent player if you can keep him off the treatment table. Had similar issues at Motherwell previously.

I know absolutely nothing about him which can only be a bad sign but we are apparently about to sign Liam Donnelly. What's he like?
Always injured……

Jamie MacDonald may not be a great goalie, but he’s solid and steady, a great influence in the dressing room and a genuinely nice guy. You could do worse for back up..

It’s being reported Kennedy is staying, which I feel is a bad move for him, he needs to go try somewhere else to get more experience. I’m still shocked he never took the Hibs job or left with Rodgers.
Davies is off with Ange though from the looks of it.
Surely if Kennedy has any ambition to improve he needs to move out of his comfort zone, although I guess he’ll be on a reasonable wage just now in a safe job.

I remember being worried the game was going to e abandoned after we had gone 1 up against you. That was a massive 3 points for us as you suggest. I also remember your 3-3 game at Ayr.
We won promotion following a nil nil 'thriller' at home to Hamilton and yes you are correct we had all these guys in the team at the time.
II remember being raging at Burns signing an 'old dud' like McCluskey. How wrong I was, he was a fantastic signing for us and until he played for us I never realised just how skilful a player he was.
It's strange how football seemed so much better then as a Killie than it does nowadays, but St Mirren fans probably think the opposite.
Everyone thought McCluskie was done when we signed him. How wrong they were. The most entertaining footballer I have seen at Rugby Park.

Trpsovsky is the latest manager to be linked with Celtic. As someone who has watched Slavia for the last 15 years, I can see why he is linked with Celtic.
Didn't play the game to any serious level but made the move in to coaching early, managing part time while working in a bar that showed British football. He was a Liverpool fan growing up (He asked Gerrard to sign a book for him when they played Rangers in Prague and Gerrard refused) and said a couple of years ago he wanted to meet Liverpool and Celtic in Europe to experience the atmosphere at the grounds. When they got to the Semi-Finals in Europe a couple of years ago, there were reports that he had started learning English due to the interest coming in for him.
His recruitment is very domestic, taking the top players from other clubs round about and developing, he also plays a lot of youth players. His recruitment has been good over the last few years and made Slavia a fortune in transfer fees. Soucek and Coufal at West Ham, Kral who just moved to Union Berlin, Bah of Benfica. Olayenka has just left on a Bosman and is expected to make a big move.
He has been the most consistent manager in my time following Slavia and continually rebuilds every year after the heart is ripped out of his team every year in player sales. I can see why he would be linked with Celtic.
Would he move? he most likely has a job for life at Slavia, Slavia are a wealthy club and he is virtually guaranteed European football every year so a move to Celtic doesn't appear to be a massive step up in managerial terms. In terms of size of club, Celtic are bigger. The most likely attraction would be the medium term goal of managing at the top end of English football and a few good years at Celtic would make that more likely for him.
That’s a decent post IMO.
Never heard of the guy, but it sounds like someone who should be considered.
Seems he would be a safe and solid appointment but could he cope with the Old Filth goldfish bowl?

Surprised that Murray and Cameron got new deals but at the same time with McInnes having to rebuild the first team he maybe didn’t want to have to rebuild the reserves too….and I don’t say that to be a dick to either player.
Decent back up and won’t break the bank either.

Thing is, how many pubs will still be open when the fans get back and get a chance to celebrate.
Suppose it doesn’t matter when you consider the amount of house parties going into Saturday afternoon.well done the Nock.

Aye. As cup final songs go, ours must have been the absolutely most cringeworthy of the lot. Embarrassing.
Rolf Harris..WTF.Never heard since for good reason, not just us getting pumped from Hibs.

The attendance has absolutely been affected by the mad slot and location. I know of plenty of families that would go at the weekend, not going because of the late finish and travelling home with young kids.
I said the same on another’s thread.
Sunday afternoon at Rugby Park, more sensible time regarding travel, almost equidistant, more family friendly, bigger crowd.

Absolutely scandalous about playing on a Friday, and also the venue.
Sunday afternoon at Rugby Park, better time, almost equidistant , more family friendly and would bring in a bigger crowd.

I believe they had a ~10% reduction in capacity as the tickets were sold as unallocated seats. Trying to stop people wandering around long after kick off trying to find a seat or some areas becoming overcrowded.
That’s a fair load of money the club has lost out on then.
why not allocated seating?

I was out in Prestwick years ago and Michael Johnston was in the same pub. I messaged my friend (who supports Killie) to tell him and he replied that he'd give me cash to go over and "stick the heid" on him.
It would probably have improved his coupon.

I’m talking about you club in turmoil, I have friends that were involved in the protests and they were concerned that the club would fold.
but here you are making jokes about it
Hate to admit this, but I agree.
That f***ing A*r lawyer nearly dragged us under before layering his own nest.
Horrible c*nt of a man with a constant smarmy grin on his coupon.
Is he still working in the town?
In case he’s reading this, I definitely don’t mean Agent Johnston.1 -

He walked off the pitch sharpish while the rest of his team mates were saluting their fans.
Looked like a strop.
