I think Dick has been terrible the last few weeks, these “experienced” players are making mistake after mistake yet getting away with it every week.  If the other laddies were to come in and make these mistakes they would be the “boo boys” and we would be demanding they were dropped!

Do you actually know what you did there ?

I'm not denying he's a good player but at present he isn't playing that well, so I don't see an issue in dropping someone out of form?

I his last 10 games, he's scored 4, 3 of which were in the one game. 1 in 9 isn't what I'd call prolific and 2 assists in 10. He's off the boil and anyone whose been at the games will testify to that. Sometimes a wee rest and some genuine competition is what players need to push them on.

Some forum this, used to be assists from corners shouldnt count, now we are discounting hattricks.

Genuine question: who was the last youth player we mishandled* or released on a free that we ended up regretting? I honestly can’t think of one. If they were good enough, they would be playing for us or excelling in the lower leagues.

    * not counting Vaughan’s Dumbarton loan. Shudder.

I’ve seen people criticising some peoples reactions why? We’ve taken 5 points/15 points (fact) dropped 7 points at home against relegation fodder sides while leading at some point in all 3 games (fact)…. If you want to win a league title these are the games we should be winning at home.

i get “you can’t win every game” but come on we’re allowed to criticise as well as giving out praise its a part of football

Folk lose me when they type (fact)

I understand what a fact is and don’t need reminding - thanks ✅

It's a no mark Twitter account trying to link their club to excite their fans.

That’s no way to talk about Liam’s RaithFanMedia account 🙄

Rovers and Dundee will be talking re Shaun Byrne.

could be something like, Raith want Shaun Byrne permanently, Dundee said ideal swap for Easton.

Rovers said no so Dundee made offer direct.

Bit bored so had a look at how our attendances' have been doing so far this season. We've played 7 home league games and had a total of 28169 attendees at these games, compare that to the first 7 home league games of last year and the figure was 14115. Our total combined home league attendances' for last season was 34059, averaged over 18 games that makes 1892 per game on avg. This seasons avg. after 7 is 4024, over doubling last years total average (2132 up). Quite incredible and a clear visualization on how well the club is coming on. Based on that, I'd imagine we'll beat last seasons total home league attendance before the turn of the new year.

Interesting 1st post for a newbie

  7. Don’t think I’ve ever been insulted or upset by a pattern on a sheet before.

Proples views sometimes upset me, but hey ho, I’m sure some of mine upset people too.

If there is an issue with the flag then what about voicing it to the owner/ carrier (think waver might be the word I’m looking for) or the club ?

Dont think you’re going to solve anything posting on a football forum 🤷‍♂️

I'm downed with a shocker of a cold so plans to travel have been binned, unfortunately.

Although I still think the game will really be struggling to go ahead with the weather. I appreciate a postponement gives a chance for a wee bit of recovery (and I'd rather be missing Millen for Partick at Home rather than ICT away), but still being in the Scottish Cup and the Diddy Cup means we could do without a cancellation and a fixture pile up. Think it will be off, hope its on, hope we win.

That’s a bold statement re Millen, McGill was dug meat against Partick on day 1 of the season.

Can you imagine the ramifications for the club if a smoke bomb landed in someone's hood or hit them in the eye and they were seriously injured. There are other people who have health problems with their breathing and have to sit near the front and smoke bombs contain all sorts of crap that affects the lungs and airways.  They're not for me at a football match

If the club does all that is reasonably practicable to stop flares being brought into the ground and used, then there are no ramifications for them, the individual would then be solely held liable.
